Comfortable atmosphere

Check in on 18.09.2024 at 8PM ,reception staff are friendly and helpful. Had a short meeting at top roof lounge and order some snacks and drink.Check out on 19.09.2024 at 9AM, the male reception staff are unfriendly, when I settle the bill for additional pay with QR staff straight forward informed will charge 3,000 (actual charge 0,7% whiches only 677) for 96,800 bills, it's really strange they charged additional for payment, compare the night before I having dinner at side street food pay with QR no additional charge. It's not about the amount but in nowdays you treat your guest like that you won't be able to get the good reviews and for my self I will not be back to stay at this hotel.

The room is narrow

I often come and visit this hotel with my husband. And in my opinion this is a fairly comfortable hotel in Kudus if only for a stopover. But unfortunately I was very, very disappointed with the service. Especially from the receptionist. Whatever it is, customers should at least smile, instead of glancing at the lyrics and looking at it clearly. Is it polite like that? The last time was today and I felt very uncomfortable about it.Service needs to be improved and more attention must be paid to at least smiles, greetings and greetings so that customers are more comfortable and happy.The only friendly person was the security guard who opened the door. I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and it was chosen by the office. From the picture on Google Maps, it looks like it's 'not bad', the rooms still have a modern feel and the bathroom tiles are quite nice, the shape is also a regular square (not 6-sided, hehe).LobbyThe decorations outside the rooms such as in the lobby and hallways do look quite…strange, hehe, not usually found and quite eccentric, there are photos of father and mother in the lobby too. Unfortunately, the stairs outside are quite difficult for those carrying suitcases, wheelchairs or strollers, because they are quite steep and there are no ramps. For pick up and drop off, be careful because the car has to cover a bit of the road, be careful when it rains because there is no roof in front of the lobby that is long enough to shade you from the car door to the hotel door, watch out for slippery stairs too if it rains .Rooms and CleanlinessWhen checking in, I was charged a deposit of 50 thousand Rupiah. I got a single room with 1 double bed. When I entered the room, it turned out that the single room was very narrow, and the photo I saw before was a photo of a higher type room. The room I got was no more than 4x4 square meters, and there were no windows at all. It was very annoying for me who happened to stay 4 nights there, the time felt very long. As for cleanliness, it's only good, because in the bathroom there is always a puddle on the floor (like there's a leak) and when I just checked in I found a strand of hair on the mattress that I hadn't put on. Every morning, the hotel staff will chat on WA and ask if the room wants to be cleaned, I don't have a problem, but I'm a little confused because as long as I stay at any hotel, the room is always cleaned every day, only the changing of towels and bed sheets varies.FacilityFor toiletries other than towels, only supplies for toothbrushes are provided, nothing like shower caps, cotton buds, sanitary bags, etc. Unfortunately, the soap dispenser near the shower in my room looked a bit worn, so I bought my own soap. The blankets and pillows are comfortable, the mattress is also quite comfortable even though it is a bit flat. There are chiller/refrigerator facilities in the room, but the drinks provided there are paid, not complimentary. For the TV, I have used a smart TV, nice!Atmosphere and BreakfastThe atmosphere in the room didn't feel mystical, but I did feel strange. It's just strange, it doesn't feel scary/scary (although the frosted glass that penetrates into the bathroom is a bit overthinking). Maybe because I'm not used to seeing the decorations, haha. The hallways smell good, but the rooms sometimes don't smell fresh enough, which is hard for me to explain. At night, there were 3 times when the electricity went down for a split second then immediately came back on. The sound of small talk is still there until 8-9 at night, sometimes there is a vibrating sound and I don't know where it comes from. Breakfast at this hotel was quite varied, but unfortunately the food was cold, even though I had breakfast at 8 am. The staff is just ordinary, not good and not bad either, although they rarely say hello.Overall, if I get this hotel again I will think about it again, especially considering how small the rooms are. It seems to me that it would be better to just go to another hotel which is more comfortable. Thank you Sato Hotel, not bad, but maybe not for me.

How can we wait for check out to be late... we arrived at the hotel at 14.30 WIB and at 15.01 WIB we couldn't get in just because the rooms were closed.

The breakfast food was amazing especially the snack,the service was excellent the room was nice and i quite enjoy the pool and bar thank you to the service and f&b team for making my stay an amazing experience 👍

The swimming pool is clean

I really don't recommend it, guys, better look for another one
