I have work to do, so I'll reserve a room here.They said they couldn't sleep two men and asked me to upgrade to a larger room or to a double room.When I asked why two men couldn't sleep in a double room, they said no because it was too small.Then, I asked to cancel the reservation, but it was past the cancellation time, so I was told to figure it out whether I slept or not.I told them about the situation at the customer center and asked them to cancel.Cancellation is only possible if the company requests cancellation.Changed the owner and canceled the reservation after requesting cancellation.I was planning on finishing work in a good mood, taking a shower, and going for a drink, but I was in a bad mood.(There is a recording of the conversation at the time)

The room is relatively small but the bed and fixtures were modern and very comfortable. The bathroom was perfectly clean and nice. It’s a great location in the small town close to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were kind and let me stir my bike safely inside. Excellent value for money

Good value for money!!!!Perhaps because it was remodeled, the interior is perfect!!I think it would be a perfect place to enjoy a hot spring bath with the family.
