It's just clean. Although it's only recently opened, the facilities aren't that great, and it's convenient because there's parking for one person per room.

Clean facilities and friendly owner. The hair dryer was broken so I inquired and they brought it to me quickly.

The facilities are good for an unmanned hotel, but if you are assigned a room in the 300 range, you have to climb a high hill, so be careful driving. There are cafes and convenience stores nearby, so the amenities are good.
