It's inside a zoo so there's a smell.The staff is sloppy.I made a reservation because it was cheap.I gave up staying the night.Please be careful.

I visited Spa Valley at the end of the year because I heard it had reopened after being closed due to the coronavirus.Previously, I used an ondol room, and the bed room was spacious and comfortable, so I was satisfied. Because it is a traditional living room window made of shoji paper, there was a bit of a rainstorm, but the heating in the room itself was very good, so there was no major problem. The rainstorm was the same in the ondol room..The first floor lobby sells light snacks and cup ramen and has a microwave. There aren't many items for sale, so you'll need to prepare well in advance.You can use the nature park for free, and there is an alpaca right next to it.After parking in the parking lot, you can use a dedicated cart to get to the hotel, and the same applies when checking out.

Website didn't lead me to realize this place isn't just near, but essentially within an amusement park of sorts. The room is exactly as expected, would appreciate coffee/tea available give the nice service items for it in the room. Otherwise it's just the location that was especially perplexing. It's convenient to the wedding I'm in town for though, so I guess that's a plus.

It's nice to be able to wake up to the sound of birds in the morningWhen using the shower, be careful of water splashing on the floor.It's nice to have a table or something to gather around.The taste of breakfast delivery is so good..The floor is so warm it’s boiling.

I like the hotel in nature and the nature park where you can have fun with animals. It's also good for a walk.The room is also healing using cypress trees, and is clean and large enough to sleep 4 people. It was especially nice that tea was provided so we could drink it while looking at nature 💕

It's nice to have Hanok-style accommodations in harmony with nature and pretty flowers to see. The night view is also nice.It's a bit difficult to walk thoughThere is a fee, but there is also a zoo swimming pool.
