The front desk staff is really friendly. The overall condition is clean, but the soundproofing is close to zero. I had trouble sleeping because I could hear the sounds of washing and cleaning upstairs. The air conditioner smells so bad that it needs to be cleaned urgently.The bed is wide and slightly hard, so you can sleep comfortably.

Had the worse experience. Checkout is between 11AM to 12PM, I went down to the counter at 1150AM but there was no one at there. Waited for 10mins before texting them via Kakaotalk (they left a number but as a foreigner, I don’t have a SIM card that can call out). No replies so I tried calling via Kakaotalk. Someone picked up but sounded like he was sleeping. I told him I need to check out and he said ok and that’s all. Waited till 12:45PM and there was still no one!!!! This is ridiculous and a waste of time. I had a train to catch at 2PM and didn’t even have time to get a meal because of them. I just left the card on the desk which I was initially hesitant because I have to pay 20,000won if I lose the card. But had no choice since I was rushing to catch my train.Room was huge but there were still black stains on the bedsheet which looked fresh. Stay was relatively alright but you can forget about the service.

It's very unfriendly just to do business. There are a lot of mosquitoes and the bathroom is full of mold. In Pohang, the hotels in Yeongildae or Mundeok are clean.

I couldn't sleep all night due to the beeping noise due to a malfunction of the electronics (styler) installed in the room, but there was no refund. Thanks to this, my schedule for the next day was disrupted, but it seems like if I were overseas, I would have to pay additional compensation for damages as well as hotel expenses. The motel may have been renovated, but there was a lot of noise between floors, and the pillows were cheap, so they were uncomfortable and had a strong smell. As for the view, only a small portion of the sea is visible far away, and most of the view is a parking lot and a nearby motel village. Don't be fooled by the ocean view photos. I never want to go back.Noise from the broken electronic device installed in the room made beeping noise all night so I could not sleep at all and yet the hotel did not allow refunds. Don’t be fooled by the photos of the ocean view as the actual view only shows parking lot and nearby buildings with partial ocean view. Plus, the noise from upstairs was pretty loud which was also disturbing. Look for other hotels. This one is not worth it.

I stayed for 2 nights, and the price was cheaper than other Brown Dot hotels and it was close to Jukdo Market, but even with the window curtains dark, the monsoon winds were so strong that I had trouble sleeping.

Rooms were not clean. The sealant edge of the bath was loose. The entire stairwell was full of junk.

The room was spacious and clean. I had to take a taxi to visit Jukdo Market, but it wasn't difficult to access.

It was clean and nice.There was also breakfast service.The price was cheap, so I used it comfortably.
