An oasis in a dessert or a beautiful flower in a torn bush is a term that I use to describe Gallery Jin Hanok guest house; when I first walked from the station to the Guest house, I have to admit that I was worried because the street is packed with thrift stores, is there a stay in this relatively modern area, but as I walk through I can see a beautiful facade of hanok house. The main gate is locked, so I knock on the gate.A friendly ahjumma came out and greeted us; she took us to the room and explained the facility in Korea (we don't speak Korean, and she doesn't speak English, but we reached to understand each other 🤣)the guest house has two big rooms and two smaller ones, Each with an indoor bathroom, hot water, and amenities; there's a TV and fridge inside the room, AC, and heated flooring. They also have a common room or pantry with a big table and chairs where we can make tea and hang out.The guest house is in the middle of the historical side of Gyeonju and the city center; it only takes 10 minutes to get to the Gyerom-ro (Cherry Blossom Street). And if you like to explore traditional market, jungang market is about 5 minute's walk.One thing that sticks in my mind is how nice the ahjumma is because it is raining at the checkout time. She insisted on helping me wrap my luggage with a plastic bag so it would not get wet; she is so sweet ❤️.

I paid for the room with the obligatory reservation the day before I was asked what time I was arriving I replied noon the door is closed by a code the owner even though we know that the room is paid for does not tell you the code I waited 1 hour it was the postman who called the owner so that I could have the keys we did not see the owner once it was probably the cleaning lady who came to give the room the reception is still closed so it is impossible to submit your problems the problems are numerous that the wifi does not work even though it is stipulated fast wifi in all the roomsCleaning should be done every day, it is not doneAnd the photos do not correspond to reality to avoid I stay 3 days I never saw anyone at the reception which is not normal....The room door does not lock so everyone can enter the room since there is no one at reception to monitorAccommodation to flee does not match the description

The boss is very kind and the house is very elegant. From the toilet paper and supplies, you can feel the boss' careful purchase. You can come in and out freely. He trusts the customers very much. Because I took the one-day bus and then had other itineraries, I forgot to reserve a different room. I'm really sorry that the boss has caused more trouble. The boss will help you deal with it quickly! Anyone who likes Korean houses must come and experience it! There is a central market nearby that you can check out, it’s really interesting! There is floor heating in winter, and the larger rooms have heaters, so you don't have to worry about being cold.

sleeping in a hanok house is certainly a characteristic experience, personally I really like this style of house, I think I would happily live thereit is an ultra minimalist style, the room literally consists of a (small) room to sleep in and a bathroom with the bare essentialsthe place is very quiet and conveniently located for visiting the city, the market, the main parks with the site of the monumental tombs (the city, in any case, is not particularly large)

Friends arriving on a red-eye flightIt is recommended to confirm the time and opening method with the hostel before traveling.The electronic lock at the door is difficult to close because it is matched with a wooden door.When opening the door, remember to press the sensor lightly and wait for the complete number to appear before unlocking.

*The room was small and even with the boiler on, it wasn't warm so it was cold.*The shower bathroom is small, so water splashes all the way to the toilet, and there are no slippers when entering the bathroom. *The door is made of old-fashioned weatherproof paper, so the light shines from the outside, so you can see inside.*The Wi-Fi wasn't working well, so there was no router in each room, so it was too weak to use.*Breakfast is cup noodles*There were only two bottles of water, so I couldn't have ramen or coffee.

It was spacious, quiet, and nice.I went when it was a bit chilly, but the boiler was turned on so I stayed warm.However, since it is a hanok, I think it will be too cold in the winter.
