The cost-effectiveness is not bad.Not bad if you need to do laundry or simple cooking, butThe bathroom is very small and there is a problem with the door constantly closing automatically.Overall, it's average, but if you don't need laundry, I think a better motel nearby would be better.This is based on people coming on a one-day business trip. If you buy it, it may be different...

It is close to the station and there are many convenience stores, hospitals, and various convenience facilities nearby. There is also a Homeplus, so you can cook a meal at your accommodation.The room is not big, but it is spacious. Laundry is available, most basic convenience items are provided, and it appears that there are also home appliances and furniture that can be rented if you ask the front desk. Each room has different pre-prepared supplies, so it would be a good idea to ask. I like it better than Airbnb. It feels a bit like a studio studio.Suitable for short-term residence. The discount rate seems to be different depending on the length of stay.

price not bad. if you pay with credit card ... she( owner) will ask 10% more. I paid cash for 20days. when I ask a invoice last day... her answer was No and 10% extra again.
