The location is very good. There is a 7-11 on the 2FWalking distance to many restaurants and olive youngBut the water pressure in the shower is very low. A restaurant with a high CP value.However, the alley behind the parking lot is severely parked and it is difficult to enter.

It was my first time staying in a hotel and I had to buy water myself. I went to the front counter to ask for two bottles of water, but the front duty staff at night told me that I had to buy for myself. The overall experience was very bad and disappointed.

Spent one night in Gloucester Jeju. Strategically located, not too far from Jeju Airport. Right opposite the hotel, there is a bus stop where you can start your journey to explore the island. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

very poor service! the receptionsts in the desk provides no service at all, leaving luggage is a mess, just theguest help them selves without any security (randommly in the lobby conqer). The receptionist always busy at staring at the PCs, not sure what are their job duties, not serving the guest. No greetings at all, no 'thanks', 'can I help you'. We booked the room only for late flight today, suggest avoding it 100% for other guests.

This is not your upscale hotel. I will not recommend this hotel because the elevator's really terrible. Too many people are always waiting for the elevator. The complimentary breakfast It's also terrible, not your standard upscale, hotel breakfast

In addition to being conveniently located in the city and having a 7-11 in the hotel, the room was really too small. It’s hard to believe that a 3-person room was so small. I couldn’t even walk with my suitcase open! ! Only one room card is given for a 3-person room, and 2 mugs and 2 mouthwash cups are only given to 2 people! Then why should I book a room for 3 people? ! I get angry just thinking about it 😤The toilet is also very small and the circulation design is inconvenient!

The location is great, less than 10 minutes drive from the airportThere is a 711 on the second floor and a CU across the street.It’s a very convenient hotel for shopping.The room can accommodate two large suitcasesThe sound insulation is pretty good, but the air conditioner will stop operating when it reaches the temperature, and then start up, there will be white noise.The only drawback is that the bathtub has a curtain, and the height is a bit high, making it a bit unsafe to get in and out (it's easy to slip). There are no handles to hold on to, and the towel rack is too far away from the bathtub, which can easily make the floor wet. There is no small table next to the toilet to put things on.This is a hotel with a lot of guests. There are only 4 elevators, so it’s not easy to wait, but there are three people at the check-in counter, so the check-in speed is quite fast.There is a 24-hour free parking lot in the basement where you can come and go at will, but there are very few parking spaces, so if it is full, you can only park in the alley outside.

The hotel has a strange smell. There are four elevators but they are very slow. The bathroom in the room is actually a curtain type. Even the door is a push type, which wastes space. It is too old! The curtains are not made of light cloth. I woke up at 6 o'clock in the morning. I am really speechless! The only advantage is that the hotel is in a good location~

The location is very good. It is in the city center. It is very convenient to go to any area in Jeju Island. Although the room is not large, it is well-equipped and clean. The service attitude of the counter staff is good. The only drawback is that there are not enough parking spaces. However, you can park on the street near the parking lot, and there will be staff to guide parking when there is space. Another point is that the water for bathing is relatively small, but for such a large hotel, it is understandable that the water should be smaller. All in all, it is a very good place to stay. There are quite a lot of places to eat nearby, there is a CU downstairs and a 711 on the second floor.

If you get on a higher floor, you can enjoy a view of Jeju city or the airport. If the weather is good, you can also see Hallasan Mountain from rooms facing the city. 3. Perhaps because of this advantage, it seems to be a place where many Chinese tourists stay. There are more foreigners than Koreans 4. Now, the downside is... the smell in the room... is very unique (smells like Cheongsimhwan...) Moreover, even though the breakfast is very cheap at 15,000 won, I don't recommend it... I recommend eating at a meat noodle restaurant nearby ㅠㅠㅠ Not recommended.

Overall, the room was okay, but the water pressure was the smallest among the four hotels I stayed in. It took a long time to wash.You can walk 200 meters to Olive Young and Pedestrian Street.Because I was going to the airport the next morning, I booked a room with breakfast. The breakfast was nothing special and had very few items😩I originally wanted to ask the hotel to book a larger car for the five of us to take us to the airport, but the hotel said there was no way to make a reservation and they could only order it for us the next morning. But when we asked them to order it for us in the morning, they said they didn't have it. For such a service, we have to go out and call for a taxi ourselves🤬🤬Then there was a taxi in front of the hotel, maybe because we were tourists, they said that five people could take a taxi for $20,000. We probably knew the market, so we refused. It was easy to get a taxi on the other side of the road, and it was a short 3-kilometer journey. One is 5700 and the other is 5500.

The whole toilet smells of ammonia urine. The water pipe is broken. Can you fix it? It smells like urine as soon as it opens the door. It's a good time to rename it Armonia Hotel.

The room 20240625 is not very big and the location is good. You can visit the Liandong hiking area and have a lot of food. There is a small local park behind the hotel where you can exercise and take a walk. There is a fried chicken shop opposite. Order the soy sauce boneless fried chicken and it is delicious. You get it for free. Radish kimchi + Pepsi Cola; the public restroom on the first floor of the hotel didn't feel like it was being cleaned, it was smelly and dirty...
