The cost-effectiveness is very good.First of all, the hotel is very clean and the scenery is very nice.I recommend checking in early and going to the 7th floor or higher for the ocean view. The unfortunate thing is that there aren't many lights on in the evening, so you can't expect a sparkling night view. But it's okay.However, the neighborhood itself is quiet, so it would be a good place to relax once in a while if you are tired of the noisy, colorful river view attractions.The staff is friendly and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby!

The female staff is really sweet and kind. If you go through the side door at the back of the ground parking lot, it leads to the restaurant area at the back. It's like a secret passageway... the smell of ribs is strong because it's on the wall of a charcoal grill restaurant. But that charcoal grill restaurant is really clean and delicious. The hotel has a nice view and is clean. It's worth recommending. There are many different types of food on the back road, and there are restaurants that open early in the morning, so it's nice. There is Golf Zone Park right next to it.
