No heating in the room at all

It was centrally heated but cold. I asked them to turn on the light, but they turned it on briefly and the room was cold in the morning. I was embarrassed because it was my first time staying in a pension without individual heating. Sanjeong LakeI'm adding one more star because it's right next door.

Why are most pensions like this?I stay there because I don't have any.Even if it's cold, take off all the blankets and outlet covers you don't want to cover.One night stay is stressful
