The king of unkindness. This is my first time seeing such a cheap place in the restaurant and lodging industry. I made a reservation at Yanolja, but they called me in advance before checking in and got angry because I wasn't assigned a room, and they treated me like they were subordinates. What is the point of speaking as if you are looking down from above? It was my mistake to not see the notice that customers with reservations must call in advance to receive a room assignment. Why do you get angry at customers because of that? I also deal with customers in my job, but I don't treat them rudely when they make mistakes. Is this the mindset that you can act rudely towards customers because the price is low? Even 1 star is not worth it.
