*6/11~13* Reservation for [Apple Room 5] through Naver reservation.At the time of reservation, it was Apple Room 5, but the actual room was booked as Apple Room 4.It felt strange, but I was happy to check in, thinking it would be the same room in the same condition.But this is where the problem starts.There was a lot of emphasis on the duplex ocean view, such as Apple rooms 4-5 and Apple rooms 1-3, but if you look closely, they were all rehashed with a photo of the window of one room.The reason is shocking. The windows on the duplex were all fogged up for some reason and no action was taken. Since you are staying for consecutive nights, he said he would skip 4 apples one day and change it to 5 apples the next day. (Some rooms on the safe kids duplex were said to be in the same condition)As I judged that this was not a place to stay for two consecutive days, I complained that the room conditions were not announced in advance and requested a refund for the next day's stay. Who came hoping for a view like this!!The main purpose of the reservation was that my wife wanted to see the ocean view from the attic with the child, but first of all, the schedule for the first day was messed up as we were planning to stay at the hotel for the longest time.The blankets and bedding had a lot of hair from the previous user, as if they had not been replaced after use, and the tableware (including baby dishes) was not washed well after use, so it was washed first before use.I heard that the cancellation would be processed by card cancellation and repayment the next day, so I went to the office to cancel and was told that the cancellation would be processed by card except for one day's lodging fee.I don't know if it's possible, but I accepted it, and when I went to Naver Reservation to leave a review of what I felt after the trip to Yeosu, they canceled the entire schedule from June 11th to June 13th and refunded me one day's lodging fee as a cancellation fee. I didn't allow reviews to be posted haha. For some reason, Apple Room 4 doesn't have a single review haha.If you are planning to visit, please be sure to ask about the room conditions of the room you have reserved.

The owner is friendly and the rooms are clean~Families with children are highly satisfied.

Good sea view during the day.At night, there is no ambient light so you can't see anything.Soundproofing is bad.
