This hotel's facilities are quite satisfactory. The location is considered strategic. The atmosphere is calm because it is in the middle of a residential area. Rooms are quite clean. AC and water heater function normally. The guard officers are also friendly. However, it's a shame that there are annoying "small problems" that haven't been resolved.It seems like there was a miscommunication or miscoordination between the hotel management and the third party application (if I'm not mistaken, this hotel is managed by C*llecti*n O, the OY* network).I have paid the overnight rate in full as stated in the Ag**a application. I make payments via bank transfer. But when I wanted to check in, with a face and tone full of regret and guilt, the receptionist asked for an additional fee of IDR 31,000. The receptionist said, according to the hotel management's request, the minimum overnight rate must reach IDR 150,000 per night. So any shortfalls paid via the application must be paid in cash at the hotel.I don't know what the agreement between hotel management and third parties is, but this kind of "small pebble" is certainly an unpleasant experience for customers.Even though the nominal additional fee is relatively small, only the equivalent of two portions of street food fried rice in Semarang, small problems like this disrupt the customer's overall stay experience.Hopefully in the future this inn can improve its service. If there is a discrepancy with a third party, hopefully the best solution can be found for customer convenience.Even though I was disappointed, one of the reasons why I didn't give it one star was because this inn was located not far from my childhood home.

Wrong location point. The hotel phone didn't pick up. In the end, I called the Oyo call center to cancel, I could only refund 50%, even though I booked for several days.After I looked around the surrounding locations, I found it (the booking had been cancelled). I went in and asked the person on duty, the person just answered while laughing, "Yes, the location of the hotel is wrong. And you can't rebook."This is really the first time I've booked via the Oyo app, it's as annoying as this. It's the hotel's fault, it's my loss. The guards don't have any manners anymore.
