I made a reservation through Agoda and went on a trip to Gwangju with 3 women. Breakfast was included and the breakfast was delicious for the price. The rooms were clean and I think I would stay there again if I go to Gwangju.

This is the best business hotel in Sangmu District.The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.The staff are friendly.I will come again on my next business trip

A parking tower is next to the hotel entrance and the front desk is located on the first floor. Every time I visit, the staff is always friendly.The rooms are neatly organized and a styler is provided at the entrance of the room for convenient use.You can overlook Uncheon Reservoir from the room, so it looks spectacular when the cherry blossoms bloom.

The starting time for breakfast is a bit disappointing.It starts at 7:30...It's a bit disappointing that the people working at the restaurant talk too loudly.

It is located between Sangmu Station and Uncheon Station.The rooms are clean and the bathroom is good.There is a styler in the room, so it would be good for a business stay.Went for breakfast at 9am and the food was very small and cold.When I made a reservation through Railtel, I was assigned the 3rd floor, but I heard that if you make a reservation somewhere other than the public website, you will be given a lower floor.There is Uncheon Reservoir across from there and there is a very large church behind it, so don't expect a view.If you want to see the view, you may need to make a reservation through the official website.

Service standards lacking. Our room door was left open the entire day with the latch turned in to keep it from closing. Imagine our horror coming back from a full day hike! The lights couldn’t be switched off one night and we had to go down to the lobby at midnight to get help because the phone was dead.

I happened to pass by and made a reservation and stayed there, and it was very clean and nice. When I opened the window, I got a view of the reservoir as a bonus. If you have the opportunity to visit Gwangju, I recommend it.
