Great little space. Excellent amenities. Tiny room but I expected that. Only enough space for me and a suitcase. 2nd floor. No elevator. It does have AC though which was a nice surprise. Very clean. Kind and helpful host. About 5 mins walk from the train station.

It is located within 5 minutes from Mokpo Station, and above all, it is clean!!! The owner is friendly and I am satisfied with the price.

I chose this place because it was cheaply priced at 30,000 won for a single room. I arrived in Mokpo late and decided to leave early in the morning, so I chose this place, but it's the kind of accommodation where you have to endure a lot of inconvenience for the cheap price.The weakest part is soundproofing. I can hear everything, including squirming in the room next door, and I'm concerned about all the noises from the rooms on both sides, like farting and coughing.So, there are earplugs in every room, but when I sleep with them on, it feels strange and my bed is very messy.The toilet and shower room are also shared, so it would be nice to have a shelf to put things on, and it would be nice to replace the shower head so that it produces different streams of water.The temperature in the room could not be controlled as desired, so I tossed and turned all night because it was cold.After midnight, a family was talking in the living room as if they had rented the place, but the owner of the accommodation did not show up. It was only after the guest in the next room who woke up and started shouting loudly that it became slightly quiet.It was a very tiring night, as if I hadn't slept all night.

Overall it was clean and nice. It’s a 3-minute walk from Mokpo Station. Thank you for your kindness. I plan to visit again next time I come to Mokpo. It's very close to Korombang Bakery, so you can buy freshly baked bread right away. I recommend staying here rather than Modern Culture Street.
