The transportation is convenient, very close to Hongdae and the subway. The kitchen in the house is fully equipped. It feels good to chat and dine with a group of friends in the living room.The facilities in the house are a bit old. It feels like the house has not been cleaned very thoroughly. There are still some hairs on the floor. Even the sink in the bathroom is still stained. There are also traces of dirt on the toilet seat and the mouthwash cup placed there. It’s even super dirty. If you don’t provide it, don’t put it there. It’s a bit disgusting to see. You can tell that the cleaning is very casual. The windows of the toilet are also covered with a thick layer of dust. There is also mold in some places. It’s true. Very uncomfortable...The floor heating is uneven, and some places are extremely hot. Even if I lower it by one or two degrees, I still feel cold. The floor has no temperature at all. After staying here, I feel... it's not as good as the Internet said. It's my first time to stay in a B&B and I want to do it. Clean up yourself firstIt was a holiday night and it was quite noisy. I felt like many people were drinking and causing trouble nearby.

Advantages: Close to Hongdae MRT, convenient transportation, there are many delicious and shopping places near Hongdae, and complete kitchen utensilsDisadvantages: The soundproofing of the room near the main road is poor. You can hear people yelling until midnight every night. The window of the room is facing a signboard. The curtains are too transparent and cannot completely block the light.The tiles chosen for the toilet floor can easily make people feel dirty, which can easily lead to misunderstandings and make people not want to stay in there for a long time.
