The location is very strategic; close to Tawang station, Johar market, Kota Lama and Terboyo terminal.The service is good, the receptionist is very friendly.It's just a shame that the room (sheets, blankets, floor) is not clean; the bathroom floor was slippery, the towels weren't clean (didn't dare use them 😔) there was only soap. Other toiletries were not available (I also didn't ask the receptionist). There's also no air freshener, so sometimes it feels stuffy when you open the door.Other facilities include a kitchen, elevator and parking.

Not bad 😃 there is wifi, an elevator and clean water, but the bed is not comfortable and the toilet doesn't smell good, there are no toiletries... btw it's ok for the right price, get it for 130 thousand

I only stayed here for 9 hours because I got to Semarang at night and had to catch a train in the morning.My assessment of this accommodation is:1. Location: I chose this accommodation because the location is very close to Semarang Tawang Station, but to get to Poncol Station it's also not far. Suitable for me who has to take the train very early in the morning. This is a shopping area. At that time I didn't try to go around the surrounding area so I didn't know whether it was close to an Indomaret or a place selling food. (Rated 8/10)2. Staff: The front desk and security staff are very friendly and helpful. (Rated 8/10)3. Interior and exterior: From the outside, this building looks like a shophouse, and the room I chose was a single bed type. The interior of the room is quite good even though it is not very spacious and there are no windows. (Rated 8/10)4. Room facilities: I checked in using the Airy app, and I got all the facilities guaranteed by Airy. Cold AC, airy pillow, soft mattress, snacks, mineral water, hot shower, toiletries (no toothbrush or toothpaste, but not a big problem), and what is surprising is that for that price the room key uses a key card and the TV is on there are Transvision channels (although not many). And I chose the breakfast package so I don't know whether it provides breakfast or not. (Rate 8.5/10)5. Additional: You can also stay overnight by taking the 6 hour package (09.00 - 15.00) but I forgot to ask the price.Overall my score is 8.1/10.Thank you Griya Pantes and Airy 🙏🙏🙏

I had a very uncomfortable experience here. Initially my friends and I entered early because we arrived early in the morning and the receptionist offered this option. After checking in and paying the early check in fee, we went in expecting a room with twin beds because that was what was written in the advertisement. It turned out there was a technical error between the hotel and Airy. What was offered for 2 guests and 2 twin beds turned out to be a single express room with 1 single bed. Strangely, the receptionist didn't confirm when he saw that we wanted to check in for BOTH rooms. Only after we said there was an error, the receptionist confirmed it with the relevant parties. AND it turns out that this has already happened. The reason from the hotel is that AIRY has not removed the advertisement even though it has been asked. STRANGELY, even though there have been similar cases, they still accept bookings via Airy and DO NOT CONFIRM that the room is a single bed, even though 2 adults are checking in.We feel that as victims we ask both parties to be responsible. The hotel gives us the choice of bunk bed or double bed rooms. We chose a bunk bed because the room with the double bed had problems with the door lock. Because we thought we had already checked in. It turned out that the room was disappointing. The mattress was scary, I even found hair. The bathroom is dirty and the condition of the items is not good. Even one of the walls is plywood. We also didn't get any trash cans or airy facilities at all.Then, an hour later, Airy will provide a change to another hotel or cash out the amount that has been paid. We chose to move hotels, seeing the condition of the hotel like this. Airy then canceled the booking at the hotel. We thought Airy had compensated the hotel, because we had already checked in. It turned out not and the hotel still asked for an additional number of check-ins a day, even though we also checked out that afternoon.We really regret that the hotel was not proactive in this incident. We really regretted the receptionist who only confirmed after we checked in. The lack of cleanliness and service made me very disappointed with the hotel.

The rates are very affordable, the wifi is fast... There is an elevator so you don't get tired going up and down, strategic location near the Old City, in front of the hotel there is a bakmi jowo seller whose fuel is made from charcoal...

The service was lousy, the receptionist who was supposed to be standing by instead liked to wander around, I was waiting on the sofa in the receptionist's room then an employee said to his friend, "Meet there, there's an insurance person in front of him, his shoes are neat, about" bad attitude. Cleanliness and AC have never been checked before endorsing it to customers. Until I had to move rooms.
