wanna share my experience booking this guesthouse, booked to stay here on oct 2019 using agoda,after booking ,i messaged them on agoda, they reply only once,after that no reply at all, not responsive at all! luckily i cancelled my booking to stay here,

I stayed at the hostel by chance because another hostel, Nanu Guesthouse KPOP, owned by the same host was super dirty. Staff allowed me to stay here instead (I paid some extra money). Indeed, the location of the place is just perfect - very close to the metro station and Hongdae area. Hostel staff is also very helpful and kind. Nevertheless, the room where I slept was a bit dirty - there was dust. It was also too much pink around - I'm definitely not a fan of Hello Kitty.Anyway, recommended for 2-3 nights due to its good location and price.

I was not fully satisfied with this accommodation. The room was not cleaned, the photos are partially misleading and the bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on

location is good and staff is kind but too dirty. so many dead bugs on the bed and smell like a hell. No offence but I don't want to visit here again. room condition was totaly out of control. If a staff or an owner find this review please clean more.

To be honest I only spent there one night. But the place looked nice and comfy and it had all of the essentials one would need! So I would go there again :p

I was suddenly asked to stay at this guesthouse by NANU BLACK GUESTHOUSE, and I stayed there, but the cleanliness was zero. There were lots of ants in the room and even on the bed. It's the worst and I will never stay there again. Also, I was not given a room key and the room where I kept my luggage was left unlocked until the night, which made me very nervous. Other customers are noisy too. The bathroom is also in the same place as the toilet, which is inconvenient as you won't be able to use the toilet if someone else is using it. Also, the door is difficult to open.
