I was in Seoul for a month last year. The guesthouse is really very clean, newly furnished and the operator is very friendly and always helpful. The bus station is two minutes away and in 10-15 minutes you can walk to the heart of Hongdea. Small supermarkets are available in the surrounding area. If you book personally with the operator and plan to stay for a few days, there is usually a small discount. I would choose it again and again because the price-performance ratio is very good.
