It's clean and the nice scent of air freshener greets you in the room. This is a place where an old house has been neatly renovated and used as an Airbnb. There are traces of remodeling the old house, but independence is guaranteed and as long as it is not too loud, you can play music and play in the early morning without much trouble. It is a good place to use as long as there is no interference from the host and you follow the rules carefully. I used it with satisfaction.

It was located in the center of Yeonnam-dong, Hongdae, so it was convenient to shop or go to restaurants, and the accommodation was in a residential area, so it was really quiet. The room was really clean and cozy, and there was even a washing machine in the room, which was very convenient. I highly recommend it to those coming to Hongdae. ^^

The guy at the reception was very kind ♪ I didn't have won, so I asked him to pay the next day and he kindly accepted it ♪Although I didn't eat it, the free breakfast is also a nice service.

It's clean and tidy. The single room has a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and kitchenette, which is very convenient.

It's a little far away from the Hongdae shopping district, but it's totally within walking distance. There are a variety of restaurants and cafes around, all of which look great. It's a bit far away from the busy area, so it's a quiet and comfortable environment. The hotel owner and staff are very friendly. If you have any questions, you can directly line the owner (they will reply during working hours). All in all, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I highly recommend you to come! 👍👍👍

It was very good! !I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days.The room was clean and spacious (well, it was spacious because I stayed alone in a double room, but...) I was grateful that there was a washing machine in the room.If I had to complain about it, it would be that there was no elevator, but if you ask the staff to carry your carry-on case, they will carry it for you.Even if I arrived before check-in, I could contact them via LINE and they would respond immediately, so I think the staff were kind.Since I was traveling alone, I was worried about the reviews saying that the surrounding streets were dark, but Yeonnam-dong, which is around the guesthouse, seems to be a trendy spot right now, and there are many shops lined up. There was quite a lot of foot traffic until late at night. There were so many cute cafes and shops that it was fun just walking around.I really recommend it! !I would like to use it again when I go to Korea! !

It was such a nice accomodation in the heart of hongdae, super near to Hongik University, green line wich is well connected talmost tl everything. I super recommend this plave to anyone!

I stayed in room 501 of the 2nd branch.An accommodation where you can only enter if you know the password. You must call the manager when you arrive at the accommodation.Not knowing this could be a disadvantage.therewithalㅡFridge, gas stove, coffee pot, induction stove, pot, cutting board, scissors, knife, bowl, and chopsticks are provided.-There is a Tromm washing machine. Well writtenㅡI like the air conditioner-The dryer blows out good air.ㅡToothpaste, shampoo, and body wash are provided.ㅡWe give you two towels.ㅡHot and cold water comes out well when showering.-It's clean.ㅡFeels like staying in a newly built officetel for a day.ㅡHave a good rest
