After reading a good part of the comments which were more than positive and seeing the rating which exceeded 4/5, we decided to book a twin room in "this incredible hotel".Not everything is to be thrown away, so I would start with the positive sides of the hotel which will be summarized very quickly:It is possible to drop off suitcases in advance, which we were able to do, and the manager is extremely nice and quite understanding. So.Now let's move on to the reasons that led us to only stay one night and request a refund (which was accepted without flinching):As indicated on booking, the room was small but functional but two problems remained: the first was the bathroom sink which leaked as soon as you opened it and flooded the bathroom floor. The second was the dull and unbearable noise of the Airbus engine which was heard all the time. For these two reasons we asked to change rooms. Please note, the manager came up instantly as soon as he read our message to check the problems cited. We appreciated the speed of action but it would have been better to warn us of its arrival since we were eating at that moment and it was 11 p.m.Monsieur comes in, screws a bolt on the sink and accepts our change of room. Given the time, we suggest making the exchange the next day.The next day comes, the sink is leaking...but it doesn't matter, the manager comes to see us to talk to us about changing rooms. Fortunately, he would have found an identical room located on the floor just below... if only... Rather than a similar room without noise, we find ourselves in a room worse than the first; smaller and dirtier. The walls were stained with some liquid. We still had to complain about it and raise our voices for about ten minutes before returning to our original room and looking for a solution. We no longer wanted to stay there, we had to find another hotel or Airbnb to get out of this impasse. That's when the manager comes back, accepts and agrees with us before offering us another larger room for 3 people.Quickly looking at the room in question, we accept. The room was not cleaned, so he suggested we wait while he could do it.30/40 minutes later, the room is ready. “Ready”? No, hair in the bathroom quickly wet with the water jet, stained sheets with a sticky feel, faulty air conditioning. It was too much, we found an Airbnb and went looking for the manager to ask for a refund. After a seasoned chase throughout the hotel we found him.In the end we paid for the night we spent and got a refund.Conclusion: don't believe the reviews. Thanks to the filthy people who dared to give it a good rating, your hygiene is questionable.

I originally booked TwinRabbit on Airbnb for seven nights, but was taken to this Sunny Hill hotel that day. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the subway station, and our legs almost broke after seven days. Unlike the photo, there is no social hall here, just a small apartment. The first floor is very dark, and the neighborhood is very dark at night. The room is old, dusty, the microwave is extremely dirty, the door handles are all rusty, the water pressure in the shower head is very low and the water is flowing, the socket hangs on the edge of the cabinet and it is difficult to plug in a mobile phone to charge... I really regret booking.

Good hostel.Had a good and clean room.The location is great with connections to the 2 and 4 metro lines.Hongik Uni is only an 8-minute walk away.There are a few good cafés on the street with comparatively cheap coffee and a few cafés even offer milk alternatives.Can recommend the hostel.

Dirty room, smelly towels, smelly mattress. There were no employees to service the bathroom and it was damaged. I won't recommend anyone to come. Staying here again is very bad. The bedroom was not as accurate as the picture taken.
