I was impressed by the clean rooms and bedding without any dust. The room was much larger and more cozy than the photo. I try to visit every time I go to Hongdae.

We chose a room with no windows and a bathroom. Overall, I could feel the owner's careful consideration. When I mentioned that the humidity was high, they immediately provided me with a humidifier. Recommended for a short stay.It wasn't far from Hongdae Station on foot, and it was quiet. Overall, I am satisfied. However, I was disappointed with the dust that had accumulated on the ceiling and walls around the air conditioner. The owner said he would correct it right away. For the next traveler staying here, although this accommodation is good value for money, I recommend a room with a window if possible.

I stayed here with two of my friends to attend Seventeen's Follow Again to Incheon concert, and we loved it! It's a short walk from Hongdae station in a quiet area, while still right beside the action.The owner is really kind and asked me my preference for the distribution of beds, as well as would send me occasional messages to make sure everything was okay, or if we needed help.There's a small area right by the front door with things like a water cooler (hot + cold), as well as any amenities you may need - even including ear plugs for concerts!The room itself is way larger than we were expecting. We opted for the bunk bed + queen bed. The floor is also able to be heated up!I wish I had taken more photos of the place, but it is seriously a lovely place to stay. There are other rooms and you can occasionally hear people when they're in the hallway, but once they're in their rooms it's practically soundproof.I left something behind in the room when I went to Japan for a week, so once I returned to Korea, she let me come pick it back up - seriously thankful!Overall, my friends and I loved staying here. The only downside any of us can think of is the fact that there is a staircase up to the actual guesthouse. If you can muster some muscles to carry your bags up the stairs, it's really worth the stay.Thank you!

There are only two parking spacesThe room is larger and neater than expected from the photos.The guidance is friendly too.There were 3 beds, but I doubt there were two blankets to cover them.
