BRAND NEW BNB

When I saw the name "Brand New BNB", I had the impression this is a brand new hotel. Booking through Booking dot com, not Airbnb, I thought this is a hotel. Neither of my assumptions are correct. When we first come in side, everything seems to be fine. The place is furnished like those from Ikea. Nothing wrong with it. Then we noticed there are no chairs. After message them, they brought 2 stools, the kind with no back. Nothing like in the pictures. We later found out the air conditioner is not cool enough. We can't keep the room under 25°C. The hood fan is dirty. The shower and the sink have mildew or mold. Both the shower and the sink don't drain very well. They both backed up every time we use them. At first, we noticed the bed is very hard. We thought that maybe how the local people preferred. But then we found out they didn't give us the mattress. What in our bed was just the box spring.Getting to the place is also challenging. You have to go up a very stiff hill. Walking up alone is difficult but with luggages is 10 times more difficult.We also had problem with the booking. About two weeks prior to check in date, they messaged me to tell me they accidentally cancelled my booking and asked me to rebook. But when try to rebook, it tells us they're sold out. I was concerned because we're about to leave for our trip and don't have a place to stay. Booking dot com don't have way to chat so I had to make overseas call them in UK which cost us money. Why can't they automatically reinstalled my booking for me? This had caused unnecessary headache to my part.

The location is very good, but the hardware needs to be replaced.The springs were down and it was hard for me to sleep, so I needed to step up the cleaning.
