[Please take this as a guesthouse beginner's comment]Booked on agoda for 4,900 yen. It was my first time staying at a guest house, so I was nervous.The receptionist is usually absent, and the name and room number of the person checking in is written on the board. Check-in starts at 3pm, but it seems best to arrive before then and leave your suitcase there.When I checked in and entered the room, there was a window right there. It was about 2 tatami mats in size with a single bed, a small desk and chair, a wall-mounted TV, and a hanger rack. It feels like a room just for sleeping.The key was left on the desk, and I left the door open when I checked out.Check-out information was communicated through Kakao.There is a passageway right next to the wall, and the wall is not soundproofed.The toilet and shower are the same, and I was surprised that the drain was leaking. I was surprised when a cockroach appeared as I was flushing the water vigorously. Well, I wonder if it's something like this? and.The location is good near the station, but I thought the price was high.

The owner said it was remodeled and has new facilities and new furniture.There is good ventilation and heating and cooling. a budget hotel that more like a hostel. but, for the price, you really shouldnt complaint. the owner replies quickly, and helpful. very accomodating with the resource he has. you need to self check in, so please reach out to the owner/manager to get your room # and code.the location is absolutely perfect, for me anyways. tons of restaurants and shops. very young area, close to Hongik uni and other vibrant areas. you wont get bored whatsoever.bring your own slippers, towels and amenities if you are a comfort creature, as you wont find much in the room. and the cleaness is not always the best. however, you get what you paid for, in such a central location, be creative and enjoy your stay.
