Very cozy place. Brian is very accommodating. He makes sure to give you a full tour of your room and facilities. He’ll even set tours for you! Such a gem of a place.

Great hostel! Our room was nice, we even had a small balcony. The rooms are incredible noisy though, we could follow every single conversation in the room next of us. We had a jetlag and a couple of sleepless nights and our neighbours decided go dry blowing their hair at 1 am and having conversations, not great. The owner is very friendly and helpful! They organise tours and activities at the hostel as well. A simple breakfast is every morning between 8-10h. It is toast, eggs, cheese, coffee and tea. A little fruit added would be great but fruit is expensive in South Korea so I get that it's not included. Location is wonderful, near the Hongik metro station and also bus stops nearby. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Over all a good stay :)

Nice place in Seoul to explore the city. Breakfast is provided but make it yourself. Nonsense, fresh room with bathroom.

No air conditioning, plenty of other hostels with it on at this price point so that affects the rating greatly. They have it off and since it's not the quietest part of town it's not fun leaving the door open. People are usually outside all night chatting despite the warnings not too. The lobby is cozy and there's breakfast from 8-10 only. No coffee outside of those hours. Remember your door codes, there's no keys or fobs as is common in Asian hostels. Other reviews of staff being great until they suddenly aren't is true, Brian has little patience.
