Booking via the Red Doorz application gets a discount but when you arrive at the location the discount doesn't apply and you are asked for an additional 120,000 which is very disappointing, an additional up to 110% of the price paid from the applicationThe service was also very disappointing, there were no toiletries and the room was very narrowMaybe the operators or employees are just running the system, but what is clear is that this hotel is not really recommended because it is very disappointing

The map in the redoors application does not match the point, it is quite far offWhen ordering on the redoors application the price was 99 thousand, and I had already paid. After arriving to check in you are asked to upgrade your room and pay an additional 81 thousand (total 1 room 1 night pays 180 thousand) for unclear reasons, if you don't want it you will be transferred to another door, because it's late and you're tired and you have to pay more 81 thousand. After arriving at the room, it turned out that the size of the room was very small, not commensurate with the price, the bathroom was not clean, the drain under the sink was leaking. Wifi can't connect. EtcThe point is that the condition of the room does not match the price.The question is why is the price listed on the red door different from the original one?

The maps don't match. So don't search from applications.The room price is 200 thousand, but on the RedDorz application it is 100 thousand. So when you arrive at the place you will be charged another 100 thousand or cancel with the risk of forfeiting the Aps.It's not the reception's fault, it's the hotel owner's fault.not updating prices on RedDorz or on OYO.So the prices are not in sync.Hotel Quality:Honestly, the quality is pretty BAD compared to the price. Yes, it's a budget hotel, please understand it's bad, don't expect more.Budget hotels are fine but they have to be reasonable. OYO and RedDorz have made the prices right, I think for the market.Worth the price of 100 thousand but sold for 200 thousand.Not Worth It.As for the sir, the receptionist is very friendly, that's okay.

So the worst experience while staying at Reddoorz1. The location does not match the maps. There is no contact that can be contacted so you have to search for it yourself for up to 1 hour.2. The receptionist service was very bad, answered indifferently & curtly3. Still asked for 30k additional money at the location.4. There is no mineral water in the room5. No toothpaste & toothbrush6. The TV signal is jammed²7. The room is not soundproof & stuffyHopefully it can be used as evaluation material. Just stay here for the once & last timeVery disappointing 🙏

The address doesn't match, the cell phone number and the Reddors call center number, until the correct address is used, I get 50 thousand for the reason it's the weekend, hotel extortion.
