The location is difficult to find, but the surrounding area has a downtown atmosphere and is quiet at night. The people at the counter are kind and the rooms are clean.

There was no smell and the room size was good. The styler was equipped with the latest specifications and was convenient to use. There was also plenty of parking space, so I was able to spend the night without too much trouble.

There is no cigarette smell in the small room, and the shower and toilet are separated by glass, which is nice. The overall opinion is that it is a compact space with strong water pressure and a clean feel. The surrounding area is a bit dark and feels like a back alley, but it doesn't matter since I'm driving there, and there are supermarkets within 5 minutes, so I bought bananas for the first time yesterday. Overall, this is a good value accommodation.

I went to watch a baseball game at Champil and walked. Arrival time was a little late at 9 o'clock. Since the reservation was for 6 o'clock, I asked for the room and was told that it was being cleaned.When I asked why they were still cleaning, they said they gave it to me because they didn't come. When I asked if I could do whatever I wanted without a phone call and if they were going to give me money if I no-showed, the only response I got was that they would clean it as quickly as possible. There were three teams waiting, including the team waiting at the entrance and the team that arrived later. I went in after about 10 minutes, but it was an experience that even worsened my impression of Gwangju.

The room was smaller than the picture. Even though it was a non-smoking building, the room smelled a lot like cigarettes. The bed was very uncomfortable. Every time I moved, there was a sound of the spring breaking. Even when I just breathed, it came out often. The towels were very old. They were washed well, but they were worn out and looked like rags at first glance. The staff or the owner were very kind. That made it even more disappointing.

Even though there was no room, I made a reservation out loud.After waiting outside for over 40 minutes and going over the refund policy, they said they would let us cancel without paying a fee, which was ridiculous...Joa here made a mistake and we got into trouble in front of the hotel at 10:30 pm... It was an absurd act that didn't even make sense!A place where basic apologies are not givenI'm not sorry at allProblem solved in 40 minutesJust looking at the name makes me irritated.
