The homestay rooms a very clean. Service good and the owner very humble and kind. The location is near to namsan tower but a bit far from myendong nigth market but still reachable. Im very happy stay here for 6days.

We stayed here about three months and were satisfied. Problems with the apartment were solved quickly and the place was very clean. Had everything we needed. I do have to subtract a whole star for the location though... We were warned ahead of time about the hill nearby but it's even more than expected!! Every time you want to go anywhere on the subway, go to Myeongdong, etc, be prepared for several exhausting flights of stairs to even get to the building, let alone if your room is on a higher floor. Very rough to deal with every day. Besides that everything was fine.

The owner are all kind, they even took me to the seoul station and carried my stuff, I felt bad cause he is an elder and also the elder woman drove me to seoul station for free. I came late from the expected check in, but I’m glad they were there to welcome me. Everything you need are available in the apartment. It felt homey and clean. I’m glad I booked here.

I was well received. The taxi from the subway station was also paid for. Excellent. The rooms are small, but everything you need is there. Even a large washing machine. In the evening you're right at the big night market.

Very good location, quiet, but it is at the top, you will have to climb many stairs and climb uphill streets daily. It's very tiring.

This place is nice though it's really hard to find. So once you get out of the subway at the bottom of the hill either go all the way up the street on the left-like alllll the way up the hill even when u think the hill has stopped. Or go up the hill by 7 eleven and turn right by the mini stop then on the left there's a set of stairs u can take that goes right To Seoul ville. Note that taxis have no clue where Seoul ville is. The road at the top of the hill , the entrance to Seoul ville is between two restaurants that are like drive in restaurants near the cable car place for namsan. For the actual place it's kinda small, but it's clean. The light from the outside streams through the curtains pretty harsh at night but otherwise a decent place much better than some others I've stayed in.

A few small bugs come out.The bathroom is clean and the bedding is clean.The floor and things were cleaned once.When I came in, the dishes had been washed. Be kind.

Host is very friendly, even though numerous things started falling apart he will fix it Everytime!
Knows English Chinese and Korean so fairly easy to communicate with.
Will send you to Seoul station on your departing date. Highly affordable
