Advantages: The room is spacious and comfortable, with all public facilities available. The shared bathroom is clean and odorless. There are washing machines and dryers. There are many delicious food in the nearby Wangyuan Market, which is very comfortable.Disadvantages: The hot water on the first floor is not stable enough and the water volume is small. The stairs to the second floor are narrow and steep, making it inconvenient to get up and down large luggage.Overall: A B&B that feels like home. Room 1 on the first floor is great. Highly recommended.

It's a very lovely place, it's a 7 min walk from the subway station close to shops, restaurants, and 15-20 min walk to Hongdae street. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, and has even a little outside area where I had my morning coffee and sunshine. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, with curtains, 2 big lockers, and light by the bed. There are many bathrooms on the first and second floor too, towels and toiletries provided for free. The owner/manager was cleaning everyday deeply, I even saw him on his knees scrabbling the floors. He was very nice, helpful, speaks English and was able to give tips to things to do, I loved the common space/kitchen, it is big, the kitchen has everything for cooking, free tea, coffee, water dispenser, fridge.

Stayed for 5 nights on our trip to Seoul. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from Mangwon station. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. However, fair warning: they clean the bathrooms with bleach every day and do not clean the bleach away with water. My shorts dropped onto the floor whilst I was showering and the bleach totally ruined them. It's an extremely dangerous substance to be using and not cleaning away. Also the host was never there so could not ask for help and there are lots of signs around requiring you to essentially deep clean the hostel. I would of course expect to clean my own dishes and make sure I had left the bathroom tidy. But taking out the bins and deep cleaning feels like a bit much.Overall, I would recommend staying here as the place was calm, and a nice vibe. Just be careful not to take any clothes into the shower room!

The room doesn't feel like a business hotel, but feels very homey and safe. (bunk bed, sofa, small table, chair and table)There is no toilet or bathroom in the room, there are two places outside the room. There is another washroom in front of the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The host was concerned and sent us multiple messages as we did not arrive within the check-in time.Although we never met, he was very kind. The location is really difficult to find.We recommend that you visit without relying on maps and following the directions sent by the host. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants open until 24 hours nearby, making it convenient.Umbrellas are also available for rent.

We had booked a room in this guest house, contacted the owner several days before our booking to cancel it because we couldn’t make it to Seoul. Asked the owner for a partial refund (given it was high season in Seoul and will found people in seconds) he didn’t even reply, he just discarded our petitions for canceling the booking. Then through our booking app he sent us a message asking if we are going to do the check in… seems like a nice guest house but definitely the owner just cares about making money.
