The hosts are really kind and give lots of suggestions of what to do in Seoul.Overall though, I didn't enjoy my experience - it may have been just bad luck, but the guests there were quite inconsiderate. People came back really late with no effort to be quiet, and I found the guests to be quite unwelcoming and pretentious about solo travel. If you didn't enjoy partying and travelling the exact same way they did, you weren't included.On top of that, there are no curtains on the bunks, no lockers, and the location isn't that convenient to explore Seoul if you want to go all over the city. Ensuite bathrooms mean there's usually a wait to use the bathroom.

I stayed here in a single room for 14 days and enjoyed the opportunity to explore Seoul alone or with other hostel guests. The hostel is owner-managed and very welcoming. Every day there are event information via WhatsApp group, participation is of course voluntary. The hostel attracts sensible travelers, faces changed often during my 14 days. I thought the breakfast was good, here you could see what the others were up to and get inspired or set off together.

Believe the hype! This place is highly rated for a reason. Gina was super helpful for recommending things to do and how to optimize my stay in Seoul. The vibes are impeccable for solo traveling too; the instant I got there I felt welcomed by the guests and the hosts alike. The hostel groupchat was great for getting us all connected when out and about 💜 Clean, social, great location 👌

hands down the best hostel i have ever stayed at. the most amazing and kind hosts who really took care of everyone staying at the guesthouse. but it was also the most social hostel i have ever been at - so many of the guests met up for meals and went out and i made some great friends during my stay here! zzzip has set a standard i fear no hostel will ever meet.

Back in Seoul and back to ZZZip Guesthouse. Where do I begin Jinah and Bryan have stayed awesome, from the time of me reserving our stay with them to touching down and arriving at the guesthouse. Jinah has been there with me every step of the way. Took special consideration and care in ensuring we had a place with them and very understanding to our last minute changes. Jinah stayed in touch the with us, throughout our flight situation and sent directions to get to the guesthouse as soon as let her know we landed. She had our room ready and was very accommodating throughout the entire experience. The atmosphere is still the same, one big happy family. Always welcoming and happy.

Absolutely incredible hostel! Everyone is so friendly and it was a great place to meet people and socialise. Jina and Brian were exceptionally helpful, providing lists of ideas of where to visit, helping us get to the baseball, and even providing a list of rainy day activities when it rained.The hostel itself had small locker spaces in each person’s allocated bunk space which was great, with a little light there too, although the rooms can be a bit tight with everyone’s luggage.The breakfast provided is simple but yum. There is filtered water and coffee and tea services that you can use at any time.Honestly one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at!! I would definitely recommend coming here if you want to meet people. Some people were big partiers and other people weren’t, and that was fine, there was a great mix of either option!

Zzzip guesthouse made my trip to Seoul. It was my first time visiting this country and my first time travelling solo. The rooms are extremely clean, the position is optimal and the breakfast is good. …
