(Russian below): Very uncomfortable bed, very. Rude unprofessional service. A lot of locals staying there and no one ever said hi back, everyone is just weird and angry and annoyed. Because there is no staff there present and everything is self check in etc, it’s a mess. My local roommate was coughing and sneezing and being loud opening the door and leaving it open up until 4am, and I had a flight at 9am, when I politely asked her to close the door because it was noisy (Friday night, people in and out ), she just ignored. In the picture you can see her used tissues on the floor (there were more, I threw them out). Do not recommend this place. I had to stay for one night because of lack of options in that area and my previous housing was booked already for that night (spontaneous trip). Initially, I politely wrote to the hostel and asked about the possibility of leaving my heavy suitcase and backpack with valuables, as I found out that check-in is only possible at 16:00. communication was terrible as they stupidly sent their automated messages and ignored my request. When I later asked again about the stairs (as I found out from another review here), and I asked for a room on the 1st floor and a lower bed if possible (due to back/lower back pain), they again successfully ignored the message; very unpleasant situation. This is my first time encountering such a “service”. As a result, I slept on the second shelf and the girl below who slept made noise with her cell phone all night until 4 am, sneezed, coughed, and slammed the door. And my flight is at 9 am. A fun sleepless night. She also ignored my request to close the door, otherwise there were people walking back and forth there on Friday night. And everyone there seems to be wandering around, not saying hello. Purely locals live there, as I understand it. Therefore, I don’t recommend it and I think that for the money it’s darkness and a rip-off. I booked out of desperation, since there were no other options in the area, and my previous accommodation was also already booked (I was on a spontaneous trip). And the fact that everything here is self check in and so on - because of this, it’s a mess! There is no one to even report the rudeness, there is hair and dirt everywhere. There are a lot of rooms for rent, several floors. (in the photo you can see my neighbor’s bottom shelf and napkins on the floor, there were more of them on the table - I threw it away).

I felt very welcomed, very nice Hostel. Close to the station and very nice area! Definitely will come here again :)

Great place to stay if you're in Seoul! Very close to the Hapjeong and Hongdae area. The owners are really kind and reply quickly to messages. They even upgraded me for free and the house and rooms get cleaned every day so it's super clean too! Definitely gonna book it again next time I'm in Korea!

This is truly my favorite guesthouse in Korea.I used to go there a lot before the coronavirus pandemic, but I can't go there now, so it's frustrating.There are a lot of really good people, the price is cheap, the connection is good, and there is nothing bad.If I ever get to go to Korea, I will definitely go ㅠㅠ I definitely...ㅜㅜ
