The AC is cold, there is warm water, the mattress is clean, there is a TV, amenities are provided every day.Unfortunately the toilet leaked a little. But overall it's really good with affordable prices and a location close to everywhere.

Very clean minimalist hotel Excellent bedding and sheets, quiet neighbourhood. Good natural light, but in my single room I can't open the window, it's just a big glass section. The air conditioning is excellent and very quiet. Highly recommended.

Excess- City center/city center of Semarang- Spacious hotel grounds- CHEAP BUDGET PRICES- Clean rooms (including bed linen, towels and soap brushes etc.)- Friendly receptionist- Cold AC- The room already uses a smart lock- There is a heater- Fast WIFI (more than 50mbps up and down)- Lots of roomsLack- The bathroom in room number 3 has crust, but it should be replaced or cleanedOverall, worth it budget hotel!

Came here with family for New Year's Eve and booked 2 rooms. The location is approximately 800 m from the intersection. Enough parking for cars, good access. The rooms are clean, the toilets and clean water are running smoothly. Wifi is also smooth. For a budget hotel, it's worth it, if you're just staying to sleep.

Great for value and location. Situated right behind Governor's office complex near Simpang Lima. Easy to find and walkable. Room is clean, furnitures are new. Building is old but very well preserved and have recent renovation. You know the government official houses like in Menteng Jakarta or Gasibu Bandung? Precisely that kind of house. No electric kettle in every room but they have common kitchen with stove&gas to cook hot water for coffee/tea or instant noodles. We spent friday morning walk around the neighborhood, past thru a bazaar and Taman Indonesia Kaya, the kids love it, a small park with lush greenery to cooling down from Semarang's heat. Mom loves pasar kaget, buy this and that. Dad got nasi liwet, sate keong and jamu jun. We also buy wedang jahe rempah Mbah Jo and tahu gimbal Pak Edy. All within 5 minutes walk from the accomodation.

It's nice, the place is clean, there is ample parking near the city center, safe from flood attacks. Only the toilet is a bit difficult to flush for some time. But overall ok

We stayed on Saturday 29 April 2023, got number 5, booked via the application.The house is actually very homely, the bed sheets etc are also clean and smell good.When we arrived we were greeted warmly and friendly.We were also shown several similar rooms to choose from.But... when I entered the bathroom that made me drop 😥The toilet seat can't be flushed.The water didn't drain/fill up when it had to be used, the spray also leaked, so we opened and closed the faucet.Finally, we got around it by filling it manually via the shower.Why don't we complain?Our bodies are tired, we want to rest and plan to check out next morning. (You can check the video we sent)The shower has hot and cold water, but the manhole smells a bit.There are several rules that must be obeyed, one of which is that there must be no stains on the mattress.Hopefully it will be fixed... because we are really OK, we feel like we are down because of that...Thank You
