I made a reservation at Yanolja for the marathon.I made a reservation 10 days before visiting the accommodation.When I arrived, I parked in the parking lot, went to the information desk, and told them that I had made a reservation. Because of the marathon, I had to pay more to make a reservation, but he said that he had not canceled the reservations for people who had made cheap reservations. He said that I could park in a private garage and go up the stairs inside the garage.At first it was a private garage??? Thinking this way, I did as I said and parked my car in the private garage and went up to the room.We reserved a “Standard A” room, but the room we were assigned was a “Drive-in” room.I thought I had made a mistake in my reservation, so I looked at the Yanolja reservation photo again, but they gave me a completely different room.When something comes up, I am the type of person who tries to solve it calmly.I went to the front desk and asked why they gave me a different room than in the picture, and that the unmanned hotel room was a completely different room, and I asked if this was correct, but the answer I got back was that it was the Yanolja app lol.They said that there were no rooms due to over-reservations and that the photo may be different from the app, but it is a completely different room with separate options for unmanned hotel rooms and existing motel rooms.But the answer they get back is that they gave me a better room. Is that a good room?How can I do it? What do you want? I heard you came out with a red-and-white decoration like this, but don't do business like that ;;It seems like they're trying to make more money because of the marathon, so they're pushing people who made reservations in advance into that room, so please do business with a good conscience.They said they would cancel because they didn't have a room lol. I didn't even make a reservation a day or two in advance, but it's really annoying^^;;After I refunded my money and went to pick up my luggage, I also saw a cockroach.If you still want to go after reading my review, go. I almost paid 100,000 won to sleep in a room full of cockroaches.

The female staff is very unfriendly.I deliberately reserved a room with a maximum of 3 people even though it was more expensive.We came as a group of three, so they treated us like the truth and treated us well.I feel so bad about the moneyI didn't want to stayI came because they said there would be 3 people.Blame it on the app~~ Cancel it twice.As soon as I entered, they immediately asked me if there were three people there.Is that how you usually respond?Additional charge per personCould you please write clearly that it is 20,000 won?If you don't want to accommodate more people, set it to only double rooms.Don’t treat it like the truth by setting it up to be confusing!

Close to the terminal and easy parkingHowever, I made a reservation here and there, but it was not a large room, but lodging.I made a reservation here, but I arrived 20 minutes early.I was told to stop talking and observe the check-in time.It felt bad to talk so rudely, but I have nothing to say about this.I ordered it delivered, but the store omitted one disposable cutlery.We went to the counter and asked if they had any disposable spoons or chopsticks.They say there is no such thing. Where in Korea is there a motel that doesn't even have wooden chopsticks? Haha.I felt like I couldn't communicate, so I was about to go back, but I guess he thought this wasn't the case, so he called me and said there were no spoons, so I asked for one wooden chopstick, but he gave me two. Haha. He didn't even listen to me in the first place and said he didn't have any. I'll never do it again.Also, even if I close both the front and middle doors, I still hear footsteps, which bothers me.
