Lazy, dirty and messy manager. Corridors, reception and community areas quite dirty, trash cans and garbage cans full to overflowing and no one empties it for days. The private rooms are small as usual in Korea although they are semi-clean. The shower and bathroom are passable

Value for money it was really one of the cheapest during Chuseok week.So, yes, it looks more like a student room than a hotel room but at the same time it has more of a youth hostel atmosphere.I find that some comments are a bit abusive because they wanted to pay as little as possible so obviously they are disappointed because it is not a 5 star hotel ๐น.Attention ! Make no mistake: the hostel is near the old main station of Gyeongju but, if you arrive by KTX, it is not this station which is next to it (on the other hand, you have bus 50 and the bus 70 to get you there easily in 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic).Furthermore, when you arrive at the hostel, you think you are very far from the city center but by walking 15-20 minutes, you already arrive in livelier streets.Be careful in Gyeongju: go to dinner early because restaurants sometimes stop service as early as 8:00 p.m./8:30 p.m.

During the day, I left my luggage in a locker. There was no one in the lobby and two quilts were drying out. In the evening, there was still no one when I checked in. The lights were not turned on in the lobby.ย โฆ

Very new and therefore very clean. Three-storey structure located in a side street from the main road that leads to the Tumuli park where all the buses stop. Very quiet.ย โฆ

I don't think there are any major advantages. The location and the room are neither good nor bad. When I shower around the toilet, the water doesn't drain and stagnates. Water drips from the top of the toilet, and the door is a little broken so it's difficult to open, so you have to open it slowly. I don't know what you're hearing, but please take note.

Since it was Saturday and it was the weekend, I went in just to sleep.Think of it as a room that costs just 20,000 won.Don't expect too much from looking at the pictures.

It was a 20min walk to the nearest tourist attraction and centre of the city which was nice :)

There is no soundproofing at allPeople who check in late due to the sound of other people entering the room, the sound of the door closing, the sound of water flushing, the sound of footsteps walking down the hallway, etc.I couldn't sleep because of people eating late at night.It's so, so loud.

The hotel is well located. There are some lockers to store luggage until check in. And that's it.The room was very shabby and dirty. It seems that the sheet were not washed. The small table was dusty and sticky.No soundproof!ย โฆ

Just go to sleep. There is no breakfast, no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and no toothpaste. There's only soap...

Considering it's cheap, this is okay. The room feels like a college student's studio apartment. lol. Still, it has everything you need, and although it's small, breakfast is also provided. The owner seems like an ordinary neighborhood guy, so he's not very kind and kind, but he takes good care of me like a tsundere. I think it's okay if you're planning to stay with a group of people who are reasonably comfortable at a low price, but if you want neater and more proper accommodation, I recommend looking elsewhere.
