When you take a dirty shower, there's no soap. I've asked for the card tomorrow morning, waiting for someone to open the soap. In the evening, I want to extend it in the morning. After the morning, I want to apply it via the application... very not good

The hotel's location is quiet on a hill, but the outside air is quite hot. Superior Room does not have a view from the room.

Accompany our children's school group when there is an event in Semarang. Around 50 people stay here. Nice small room, nice bathroom. Breakfast not available. There's a laundry in front of hotel.

I rented two rooms for my child's graduation at Undip. I thought at first the rooms were very standard, stuffy, a bit shabby because the price was cheap. Turns out I was wrong. The room turned out to be very clean and smelled good, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower also has hot water that heats up very quickly and is really hot. Across the road there is a laundry for washing clothes for those who are limited in bringing clothes. Highly recommended for short stays or business travel

the atmosphere is pleasant, the rooms are also clean but unfortunately sometimes the hot water doesn't work properly, because in the morning it's hot, the afternoon isn't hot at all

The place is easy to reach, not noisy even though it's on the side of the road, there are lots of choices for looking for breakfast, 100 m from Alfamart, the mosque is also easy to reach.There is a security guard, wifi is available, but there are so many people it gets confusing.Clean rooms and KM. There is cold hot water. The room AC works well. Local TV broadcast. There is an electric kettle, tea and coffee.Initially when I entered, the room smelled musty (damp). A suggestion might be to dry the pillow occasionally, so it doesn't smell musty. And the bed sheets are only put on when there are guests. So that the cloth doesn't feel damp.Overall good. The services and facilities. Thank You.

The mattress and pillows are comfortable. Rooms are clean and relatively new. Managers and staff need to take part in hospitality-related education and training. So that you can be more flexible and optimal in serving guests.We need to be more flexible in meeting guest requests, especially in quiet conditions. Hopefully the future will be even better.

I came to check in at 00.00 and the receptionist, even though he was sleepy, still served him in a friendly manner.The rule here is that even though we have booked via the hotel booking application, there is still a 100k deposit which can be collected later when we check out.The shape is like a boarding house but looks neat and clean, in the room there is a heating kettle, coffee, tea, towels are also available, liquid soap is available in the bathroom.Overall this is considered worth it for the price

Stay here on last night of long weekend for transit during our trip fron surabaya to jakarta as most of the hotels in semarang were fully booked. This facility which is located near by UNDIP (a national university) still had 3 vacant rooms for 6 of us so we made reservation and made payment through an app (more than Rp 2 mio for 3 rooms 1 night as it was high season, normal price should be half of it) then confirmed through phone at 4pm telling them we would arrive at 10pm. We arrived at night around 10.30pm but no towels, body soap, and shampoo. After requested, we received some clean white towels but some were dirty and not so white anymore. Blanket (not bed cover) was too small for 2 persons, staying at corner room at 2nd floor was not comfortable as we could hear a very loud motorcycle sound at 2am and 4am, people chatting and shouting at 6am. The good things they provided smart tv so we could watch netflix; mineral water, instant coffee and tea were provided. They alse sent us one big pack of snack after we complained about towel. Parking area was not a problem.
