I recently stayed at Hwarangru, a beautiful Hanok-style bed and breakfast in GyeongJu, and it was an unforgettable experience. The owner’s family was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—delicious, authentic Korean dishes prepared with care and attention to detail. The rooms at Hwarangru offered the perfect blend of traditional Hanok charm with a modern twist. The stylish furnishings and thoughtful decor brought a fresh, contemporary feel while maintaining the cozy comfort of the traditional Korean style. If you’re looking for a peaceful and authentic stay in GyeongJu, I highly recommend Hwarangru

there is nothing aroundThis is a bed and breakfast built like a hanok. There is no soundproofing so you can hear everything from the room next door. This price on weekdays is the price of a 4-star hotel. The cost-effectiveness is terrible.

Although it is not an authentic Hanok, it has the feel of a Hanok, a large lawn, ample parking, and a clean interior. The breakfast is nice and clean, but I think it would have been better if the coffee had been more delicious ^~^

Although it is a little far from Hwangridan-gil, I liked the very quiet atmosphere, the warm wooden cabinet typical of a hanok, and the neat cleanliness. (including breakfast photo)

The scenery is truly amazing. Even if I just stay in a corner of the house, I feel healed. However, it was a bit inconvenient that there were no facilities nearby. When you go out, you have to buy everything you need and come back in.
