The service was great. Especially, Jessica at the front desk was very kind. The rooms were too small, but we'll appointed enough. The breakfast was reasonably for the price. The location was great.

Fantastic hotel overall. Location is right in front of a huge shopping district. Service is fantastic and rooms are great. I’ve made this my go-to hotel whenever I’m back in Seoul for vacation or work. Will be heading back next year too. :)

The location was fantastic, however, what really makes this location exceptional is the wonderful service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, great communicators, and took care of any needs that we had. My wife gave the staff bracelets, and each one of them wrote a handwritten note thanking my wife for them. Absolutely wonderful people! We will definitely be back when we go to Seoul next time.

Zoe at the concierge desk went above and beyond to give us an incredible stay! She was so sweet and helped us with literally everything, including translations for Korean websites we needed to book our itinerary. We loved talking with her and she set us up with taxis and train tickets for our time in Korea. 100/10 recommend staying here, the service is great.

Prime location at the heart of myeongdong. Loved the trendy look and feel. Room was nice although walls have various stains and scratches. There’s a self-service laundry room which I thought to be a great perk. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the lack of a fitness center.

Go downstairs and you will find the streets of Myeongdong. There is a money exchange downstairs, which is a good place for shopping.

Such a convenient location right by the Myeongdong shopping area. Minutes away from the night market. Staff here are super friendly. Having a laundry room was convenient but you've got to catch it at the right time, otherwise the wait can be very long.

The location is excellent and it is very convenient to eat, go shopping and exchange money. The service staff also helped us order delivery of fried noodles and sweet and sour pork, which felt like a Korean drama. Bang Bang Bang (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)

Wonderful hotel but I would not return due to obnoxious guests it attracts. I hope Marriots sees this review. In the span of 6 days, I witnessed the young and enthusiastic staff members bullied by guests who (1) can’t afford to eat breakfast in the hotel, but DEMAND free oat milk because the coffee is free, (2) demand staff to clean up the mess they make in the lobby rest area with food brought in from outside the hotel, and (3) with the free laundry service, guests who had no qualms stopping and removing other guests’ laundry MID-CYCLE to use the washer/dryer for themselves. This ended up with some of us cramped into the small laundromat to guard our laundry for hours. The staff were on rounds to check the laundry room too. I seriously suggest for MOXY to start charging for all the free stuff they provide, to protect their staff and stop attracting the wrong guests.

The location is good. Next to Myeongdong and the Chinese Embassy, there are many currency exchange shops, so you can compare.Check in is at the bar, and the people in charge are all handsome guys and beauties. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day, which is very convenient.The room is not large, so it is not a problem to open the suitcase.

Very beautiful and casual atmosphere.The reception desk was also pleasant and efficient, making a good impression.If you are looking for a luxurious feel, we recommend the above hotels.The location is very good, close to the station and Lotte department store. There is also a convenience store on the first floor.I played until late at night, but the bed was comfortable and I slept well, so I didn't feel tired.The room had enough space to spread out our suitcases.However, the desk and chair are foldable and you can set them up yourself. It was shaky.Breakfast is a buffet, but there isn't much variety and it's really salty. We recommend eating outside.
