We drove from the airport for 5 hours without traffic jams. The room is completely empty without a bed!!! This is the first time in my life that I have seen this and slept on the floor. I feel angry and humiliated, it’s simply outrageous that the hotel staff said that they don’t have mattresses or beds or rooms with beds. Stone Age in an international hotel chain 😡😡😡

Overall a really good experience, i went in summer. Room was huge, well fitted, comfortable, clean and modern. I had a balcony with mountain view. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, and their English was good. I'd like to highlight that although the breakfast price seemed expensive, everything had allergen and vegetarian/vegan labelling in English which is really important for me. There were plenty of vegetarian options for me to eat, and everything I tried was really good. Gave location 4 stars as it really depends what you want to do, there's lots to do in the resort but it was fairly remote otherwise.

Street food court stands outThe menu is diverse and there are more restaurants than Oak Valley.Good for a light mealIt is also good to use auxiliary facilities such as Ocean 700 and Luge.

We added an extra bed, but the length of the bed is too short for an adult male to use, so his feet stick out. When using the swimming pool in the summer, among the Alpensia resorts, the Holiday Inn Resort Hotel is closest to the swimming pool.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were friendly and friendly, which made me feel even better.I think that if there were a lot of lanterns all over the resort at night, it would have a fairytale-like, warm and cozy feel~^^

Easy accessible ski resort, stay at Holiday Inn resort with breakfast, the room is big and clean, breakfast buffet with lot of variation.
There's lot of other restaurants within the village for lunch and dinner.
Got discount for Ski lift and equipment rental as we stay at holiday inn.

Checked into the family suite on 18 Dec 2023, out on 21 Dec.Quite a run down hotel although I like the location because it was near to the Ski house and slopes.Rooms were very basic, at best I can give a 2-stars. Bedsheets were clean but holes visible, from multiple washes. Furniture and sofa were very old.Toilets wereclean but old too. Didn’t like to use the bathtub.All heating facilities were working. The cleaning up of the rooms and changing of towels were only done once every two days.Will I come back? Maybe I will try those hotels nearby.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Resort Resort Alpensia Pyeongchang.Room were spacious, housekeeping daily throughout 3D2N stayed. Surprisingly the toiletries given are all Dove; even the body lotion.They do provide a great selections of buffet breakfast; one thing the pastries wasn't that pleasant esp the croissant. Others were fine & as usual kimchi & seaweed soup at every meal even for breakfast :P

The rooms are clean and well maintained overall. It would be difficult to call the room 5-star because there were no amenities at all.

The holiday ondol room was really bad. The yoga chair was too thin, so my back hurt, and the pillow was small and hard, so it was difficult. I was very glad that I changed to a bed room the next day. The service was very good and the breakfast was delicious.

The swimming pool is nice and there are plenty of things to enjoy and eat in the resort, so I had a good time with my kids.
