There are really too many points to complain about, here are some examples:1. Hot water can only be used for 20-30 minutes, otherwise there will be no hot water. As long as the hot water is used for more than 20 minutes, it will become less and less hot. If it is used for more than 30 minutes, it will turn to the hottest and it will be ice water. This means that you cannot take a bath for more than 20 minutes. It is really bad. There is a reaction from the counter. They said this was normal and told me to take a break after using hot water for 30 minutes and wait for the hot water to boil... Many girls take more than 30 minutes to take a shower. Why should they wait?2. No toiletries are provided. Toothbrushes and toothpastes have to be purchased at the counter at your own expense and are expensive.3. Only on the first day of check-in, there were 2 bottles of mineral water in the refrigerator, and they were not replenished at all later.4. The sheets and quilts are made of very poor material, very much like plastic, and there are two single beds merged into a double bed. I have been suffering from back pain after sleeping for the past few days.5. There is an izakaya nearby downstairs. It sometimes gets very noisy in the middle of the night, with people singing, chatting, and laughing. I can hear the sound clearly even though I live on the 6th floor.6. There is no work table, and makeup can only be done in the bathroom. I don’t understand why the bathroom was so divided in the first place? It's not a good idea to have an extra table outside. It's more convenient for handling paperwork or putting on makeup.7. You must pay a deposit of 100,000 won when you check in, which will be refunded when you check out. This is the first time I have to do this when staying in a hotel, and I thought I was renting a house! The look and feel is really badIt's really bad for a hotel at this price. Only the decoration looks good, but there are a lot of problems when you actually live in it. It fully reflects what is good on the outside but shabby on the inside. This was unexpected and gave a poor impression.Considering the hotel's price, it's disappointing with good-looking decor but numerous practical issues. Not recommended unless you enjoy combat-like showers and are not bothered by noise.

Best location in Seoul for tourists. Right in the heart of Myeongdong, lots of shops and street markets. Very clean and new hotel.

Let’s talk about the advantages first:The location is really excellent. It takes about two minutes to walk from the Euljiro entrance station. Downstairs is the Myeongdong business district, which is very convenient.The hotel is new, clean and bright, and the space is quite large. The double room is enough to fully open two large suitcases without feeling crowded.The service staff are very friendly and there is no problem communicating in English. Because the flight arrived relatively early, I went to the hotel first to store my luggage, but the front desk staff said that the room was empty and you could check in directly, which was really a plus.Let’s talk about the shortcomings:I felt there was a problem with the room arrangement. I checked in very early and got a side room. This was not a problem at first, but later I found out that the room was actually a connecting room. There was a door between the room and the next room. After opening it, It can be turned into a large family room for sale. At about 5pm, the people in the room next door checked in, only to find that there was no sound insulation at all, as if we were in the same space as them. Later, we couldn't bear it anymore, so we went to the front desk to ask if we could change rooms. Fortunately, the staff at the front desk checked that there were other available rooms and helped us change rooms.You can clearly hear the sound of people walking in the corridor in the room. I feel that the sound insulation of this hotel is not very ideal. If there are vacancies, you may want to be careful not to arrange for two groups of people to live in connecting rooms separately. I hope you will pay more attention to this in the future.

We stayed there for about 9 nights.Location wise, it is located right beside Myeongdong night market, and very accessible to Eujiro-1 subway station.Rooms are great, modern and clean. We booked two large twin rooms for the family.Service is great.This hotel also have washing machine and dryer, you can exchange KRW 1000 notes from staff in lobby, it takes a total of KRW 10k for washing and dryer.

This hotel is located in one of the best location. 1 min from myeongdong walking street, 2 min from shopping malls, 1 min from restaurants. The rooms are very new and modern. Spacious bathroom and good showers! I would come back here again

Great location. Close to all the main attractions of Myeongdong. The staffs are really friendly and helpful.
