The building is old and the rooms are full of dust.There was a court notice posted saying that the hotel had been seized, so I wanted to leave right away unless it was night.The website and reservation site say there are restaurants, cafes, and exhibition halls, but none of them are open. It was empty and empty, like a ghost building in a ghost town.If you ask for a replacement towel because it is wet, there is an additional charge. It's not an addition, it's a replacement, but it's absurd to make money.The paint in the hallway is peeling and there is no heating or cooling, so it looks like there are zombies out there, not a hotel.

**Cockroach video hate warning**This will likely be my second and last visit, staying for one night on August 22-23rd, 24th, following September last year.There were close to 10 cockroaches in the room, but the room was not changed to the same level, so I sprayed insecticide and slept.Because it was nighttime, there was only someone on duty (security level), and the general manager said he would come to work at 7 a.m. the next day and would tell me the story. However, there was no contact the next day and the general manager was at the counter when I checked out.When I asked why he didn't contact me as soon as he got to work, he said he couldn't contact me because he was working alone. Well, let's say so.But they say it wasn't a cockroach. After showing the video and saying that there was a corpse of a wheel in the room, he said he would go up to the room and take a look. He came to look at it and said that it didn't seem to be the wheel, but that he would give me a refund as if it were a courtesy.There were no apples or anything. I wasn't going to ask for a refund even if they just apologized, but I accepted because I thought I should at least get a refund if I couldn't receive an apology.When I asked for a business card, he said he didn't have one and the general manager said he was the only one there and said he would take responsibility for the refund, so I left without expending any more energy since he was a person I couldn't communicate with anyway.I made a purchase at Trip.com, and when I contacted the platform late in the afternoon after checking out, the platform said that no refund request had been received. After contacting them for a while, I finally received a response saying they had accepted a refund.Let's say it wasn't even a wheel.If there are 1.5cm-2cm bugs in the room, wouldn't the general manager at least apologize first? There were as many as 10 of them, and they were treated with pesticides. Also,You can see it in the video, but it is a cockroach. (Germany)I think I need reception training. From what I can see, it looks like it's run by a private business owner.Change your position to Yeokjisaji. I wonder if anyone feels happy when there are bugs like that walking around.

There is no shampoo or body wash due to regulations on disposable products. When I inquired at the reception, they said there were no other places??? Where on earth?? Even the motel provides body wash and shampoo.

The location is really good, the rooms are small, and the service is poor, with a female employee who doesn't like working.Because of that, it was the worst. It was a consecutive night, so I was checking out the next day, but I called to check out.I understand it was a mistake up to that point, but when I went to the counter to inquire after the key was not allowed to be used, there was no one there to say they were having lunch, so I waited on a chair in front of the front desk for about 30 minutes, and another employee came and took care of the problem and apologized, but it only made me feel like my image was bad because of that one employee. It's mine
