It is said that payment can be made on-site after making a phone reservation.I canceled my online payment by mistake and was told that I would not be refunded the accommodation fee.Before check-in, let's tell them that we will verify proof of full payment of the accommodation fee through a brokerage company and ask them to call and reserve the room.It would be nice if they made a phone reservation right away, but they didn't.I checked on the internet while calling and saw that the room was available.I contacted the brokerage company and asked for a full refund, asking why they did not refund the full amount even though the payment was canceled immediately.The brokerage company said they would know right away and issued a full refund.After processing the full refund, the brokerage company asked me to use their brokerage company if I was going to make a new hotel payment. I said yes.When asked which hotel I would like to use, I said I would use the Donga Hotel and the brokerage company said they would know.After that, the brokerage company contacted me and informed me that rooms at Donga Hotel were about to be sold out, so I went to the travel site and paid because there were rooms available.After checking in, Donga Hotel says that they gave you a room. Does that mean they gave you a room even though there was no room?It doesn't make sense to say they gave us a room when all the rooms were sold.Or is it that you got a call first and checked out the room in advance? I did.In the past, other hotels thought that the guests would not know, so they treated them like hogs and did not speak out of consideration for the guests' perspectives, but spoke as if the hotel was the best.There was a room before logging in to the internet, but I felt unfriendly because they lied and said that the room was only visible to a certain ID, but I thought that wasn't the case here.
