Never book accommodationI stayed at Cubeville No. 7, and mold was standard, the bathroom toilet and floor were black, and the bedding... I can't even put it into words, there really wasn't any cleaning or maintenance from the entrance, I really didn't expect it to be like this. .I really don't want to stay again at full price.If you ever go nearby, just ride the rail bike or switchback train at least once.Accommodation is definitely not recommended. The facilities and hygiene are such that a third-grade child would be embarrassed;

It is Korea's first and largest railroad experience resort built by utilizing the Tongli-Dogye section of the (former) Yeongdong Line, which includes the last remaining switchback railroad in Korea.2/4-seat rail bike using the Tongri Station to Simpori Station section (Hwangji Main Line). Take the bus from Chuchu Station to Tongri Station and board. Unlike existing rail bikes, it follows a downhill railroad track rather than a flat surface, so there is no need to pedal separately except for a moment when leaving. You can experience the 7.7km section in about 20 minutes at an average speed of 20km.My family stayed one night at High1 Resort, checked out early in the morning, and took the rail bike at 10 am. I used Team 2 at 10 AM and it was really fast and fun.

If you come to Taebaek, you must go there in second place after 365 Safe Town.Riding the switchback train and experiencing old trains is a great memory for children, and they also love it.The driver gave me a hat so the child could wear it, take a picture, and buy food in the neighborhood where he returned it, which was great.I highly recommend that families experience it.

A place where you can build memories about trains with your children. It was quite fun and the driver explained it to me so I could ride it. It takes approximately 40 to 50 minutes from High1 and is located deep in the mountains, so it is recommended to visit when you have time.
