It's quiet and so nice. It would be nice if the sleeping pad was a little thicker, but it's a thin pad so it's a bit difficult to sleep on the floor. We had an air mat for camping, so we slept on it.

There is no hot water, and when I ask for a room and ask to boil water in a large pot, I don't want to go there and I don't want to recommend it.
