Owneat review: Hotel in an alley. Access is a bit difficult. Vehicle parking is also limited. Even though it's called a hotel, the reception service is standard as a Cilok stall cashier. Not hotel standard. Hotel facilities are limited. The condition of the hotel is minimal maintenance. The bedroom door frame was about to come off. The bathroom door lock didn't work. The room was not cleaned. There is no routine cleaning. The room AC is not functioning optimally. The room is a bit hot.The plus point is that the room is spacious and there is a study table. There is no cupboard where to put clothes. Not a typical hotel for tourism or relaxation. But the hotel is more suitable for transit when visiting children who are studying. There are no more expectations. Because with a little extra you can stay at the Horison Inn Undip which is clearly a real hotel.

The hotel is in an alley, the rooms are large and clean, only the hallway is a little dark, the receptionist is ready 24 hours, parking is in the basement, spacious too

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED TO STAY AT KAR'INN TEMBALANG ON JUNE 25 2024:1. I STAYED IN ROOM 106 FAR 2 FROM BEKASI2. THE HOTEL IS VERY DIRTY AND filthy3. THE BATHROOM FLOOR WATER TUBES (THE FLOOR WATER FOOLS) IS VERY DISGUSTING4. Tissues are strewn EVERYWHERE IN THE BATHROOM5. NDLEMBOK 2'S DIRTY SCREEN SHEETS HAVE BEEN USED BY PEOPLE, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN REPLACED6. SOAP, Tissue, TOOTHBRUSH, MINERAL WATER WERE NOT PROVIDED SO I COMPLAINED ON THE FOLLOWING DAY WHY I WAS BLAME WHY I WASN'T COMPLAINING SO MUCH? = 7. THE STAYING SOP IS NOT CLEAR8. IN THE BATHROOM THERE WAS NO MAT AND I WAS FORCED TO MAKE A TOWEL INTO A MAT BECAUSE THE FLOOR WAS Puddled9. EVEN THOUGH I PLAN TO STAY FOR 3 DAYS 3 NIGHTS IN THE END I WAS FORCED TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL10. IS THAT SOP FOR YOUR HOTEL MANAGEMENT KAR'S INN??? The first impression of the receptionist was that she was surprised because she was very rude and uninformative. Then when I entered the room, I immediately smelled of cigarettes and there was a lot of cigarette ash scattered on the window, there were cigarette butts too. In the trash tooWhen I asked to change rooms, I couldn't because it was full. It will only be sprayed with perfume and will not clean up the remaining ash and cigarette butts.It is enough just to know !

Excuse me, highly not recommended hotel.Rooms, stairs, elevators are very dirty.Stayed at the hotel but had to sweep the room myself because the floor was very dirty, there were cigarette butts and even lots of ants.service is lacking, the receptionist is often empty, there are no towels, the sheets are dirty.probably won't stay here again.Please improve cleanliness and service.

In accordance with the cheap price, the rooms are actually spacious, but dirty, the windows are dirty, the bathroom has moldy ceilings and the water often smells. Empty liquid soap dispenser. The sheets had lots of stains and looked like they had been sprayed with fragrance. The parking lot is very small. The lobby likes to have a bad smell. Many doors have been broken. In the hallway there were lots of people smoking, next to the elevator there were also people hanging out smoking. Plus the staff will bring extra towels and trash cans. The towels smell like chlorine so at least they're clean. Sorry, I can't stay here more than a night 🙈 really needs rejuvenation and supervision from the boss.

Honest review!!! the worst hotel I have ever encountered, the bathroom was dirty, the hot water didn't work, I couldn't get towels & toiletries, the bed was dirty and made it itch, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned, it had just been rearranged after someone had used it, the breakfast schedule was at 07.00 apparently it wasn't provided until 07.30 then we finally decided to buy our own breakfast outside, the employee just told us to wait a moment but there was no sign of breakfast being provided, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
