Air conditioner blades are broken, trash is left behind the TV, and there is no elevator, but it goes up to the 4th floor.There is an electric port, TV, air conditioner, bed, refrigerator and cell phone charger in the room.The water purifier is on the first floor and there is a microwave at the end of each floor.The view from the window is such that it is impossible to ventilate bad smells from the building next door.The price is a lot cheaper than the surrounding areas, so it's good to come here.There is a coin karaoke room (until 21:00) and a convenience store nearby.There are only 8 parking spaces, so it doesn't come quickly.

Although the building is old, it is very well maintained. There was almost no dust or mold in the bathroom or room, and the indoor air was comfortable, so I could see that they were taking care of it carefully. Newly built motels may look clean, but they can't hide the smell. It was also great that disposable items, including toothbrushes, were provided so there was almost no waste. I wanted to say hello and say I had a good stay, but I couldn't see the owner when I left. thank you
