The place is quite close to everywhere, the rooms are clean and tidy, really good for traveling and need a budget. There are no windows but it's still okay. Friendly and good service. The bathroom is clean and doesn't smell. Warm water works, complete amenities. The mattress is big enough for two people

The room rate was quite great, a fair price for the strategic location, not far from Simpang Lima. The interior is very cool, the design is unique. However, the tidiness should be improved, especially on its bed cover, which I found some stains. The poor thing is usually thereโs only one staff working a double job, as a receptionist and the room service to clean up the room.

Came here because I knew this was the work of a local architect, over all will come back again!Affordable price, clean room, clean toilet, cold AC, hot water in the toilet also works well, I choose a room that has a window. There is a sharing pantry provided here & there is also a microwave for those of you who want to warm up foodWhen staying here, Sunday to Monday & the hotel is not available for breakfast packages, so you can look for food around the hotel.The plan was to book via their website but the response was slow & the answer wasn't clear, so in the end I just ordered via Traveloka

I came during the second Eid, got a cheap price, but you have to be careful, there's no view, really no windows๐, for the receptionist, he was fast, very informative, the room made you feel at home, even without a window, air conditioning, water, cleanliness is safe, even the toilet it's a bit smelly, is it because my room is downstairs? but it's still okay, it's still manageable, I swear this is the first time I've stayed in a place without windows, but the place doesn't get stuffy, especially since the TV is a smart TV, it doesn't make you bored, the bathroom is really inspiring ๐.luuvvvv

With a very heavy heart, I am disappointed with Qub Rooms. The service is not dexterous, the rooms are dirty, the bed has dirty spots, lots of fleas, the corners of the room have lots of cobwebs, the table is dusty, the tea set is dusty, etc.Initially I asked to change rooms and then the staff refused because he said he was alone and only cleaned one room for me. I asked to change the bed sheets and the staff said they couldn't. Dirty spots are considered normal because they don't disappear when you wash them. What made me the most annoying was that under my head pillow there were several lice.I insisted on changing rooms and was finally allowed to. But it turned out that after looking at the other 3 rooms, the quality of cleanliness was as bad as my room. In the end I didn't stay here.It's better to change hotels than not sleep peacefully.It's a shame even though the room design is quite comfortable. But I didn't have the heart to stay here and with a heavy heart I blacklisted this hotel ๐๐ป

The location is in the business center so the streets are very congested...it's in a shophouse area that isn't well maintained so it's a bit scary at nightBut the hotel itself is quite cleanThe design is from the well-known Araitek so the choice of color...material...layout of the floor plan gives it its own eccentricity which doesn't feel like it's in a shophouse.There is no elevator so it can be stressful especially if you are carrying large bags and suitcases

Check out time was less than 15 minutes, the room access card couldn't be opened immediately. 6 people can't check in. 2 rooms have to be increased to 3 rooms. Terrible service!

low budget, comfortable, but if you want to smoke it's quite stuffy going to the top floor because there's no lift, wifi is still slow so if you use a smart TV it's quite annoying. Hopefully there will be an increase in internet connection problems, room cleanliness needs to be improved

The rooms are clean, the WiFi is fast, the hot water works well, the AC is cold, there are room & bathroom amenities, smart TV. The hotel concept is good, but a bit far from supermarkets. The price is worth it, what needs to be improved is the friendliness of the receptionist. Overall 8.5/10Thank you.

The room is good for an Oyo or Red Door class hotel, located in a shophouse without room windows. The price per night is IDR 300 thousand, too expensive for the class of OYO, Airy and Reddoorz

It looks quite unique from the front.When I went inside, it turned out that there was only one hotel crew: serving check-in and check-out only.For a 4-story accommodation, without an elevator it feels quite tiring. Going up and down carrying bags must be done with "careful planning"In addition, the main staircase, and indeed the only staircase, uses perforated iron material, aka perforated. So it will feel uncomfortable to pass by on it, especially for women.Advice for those who have claustrophobic syndrome/trauma in cramped spaces, it's better to look for other accommodation options. Because only rooms at the front of the building have windows/views out. The rest just need to be given a window above head height.Some bathrooms still have soap, while others have broken dispensers.As for the mattress, it's quite soft.The AC feels cold.The bathroom has hot water. But the floor still feels a little slipperyThe bedroom is quite clean, although in some parts the paint is starting to peel off.If you are ready for the conditions above: Go Ahead.If you're not used to it, it's better to look for other options.

Good budget hotel with friendly price and the location was very close to city center, many restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would really love to come back here.
