Customer service is the worst.After staying with my girlfriend, I extended the stay to the main room. There was no phone call in the room, so we asked the manager himself because he didn't know how to handle it, and after finding out the manager's number, we extended the stay. We understood everything and were able to move on. But when the main room time was over, he came to us, opened the door, and left. What is it that makes you scream??Even if you say you get dressed and go out, the door will be wide open with the master key and they will be guarding you in front of you, so why don’t you get dressed??This is my first experience in my life hahahaha really.We didn't pay for the accommodation, and we didn't make a mistake, but I think it was the most unpleasant experience this year. We weren't the only customers, and when we left, we saw other couples come out. Is it because they were easy to make a fuss about us and not them? It's not like I'm discriminating against people.I'm really curious to see if they sell to other people like this. I don't think I'll ever use it again.
