The Blue Terra Hotel where we stayed for one night in Sokcho on a family trip??If you visit thinking it is a regular hotel, you will be very disappointed.A living accommodation facility is a place where places such as officetels are sold to the public and rented out to guests for a fee when they are not normally used. This Sokcho The Blueterra Hotel?? is such a place. So, since it is not a building built for hotel purposes, it goes without saying that all the facilities inside are inconvenient...The management company also does not have the same mindset as a hotel...You cannot expect a friendly and attentive service mind.It is difficult to expect friendliness from employees because they only think about lodging rental profits.I visited it without knowing that it was a residential lodging facility, and after visiting it once, I felt like I should never go there again.I don't know what it's like in other places...Sokcho The Blue Terra, I absolutely recommend this place.

This is a residence-type hotel in Sokcho. I made a reservation through Airbnb and visited. Check-in is done non-face-to-face, and a password is provided at check-in time.Since you can't find the floor number by only reporting the accommodation name, you can ask the host and they will send you a link. Personally, I like the lower floors, so I inquired about the lower floors, and the lowest room was on the 9th floor, so I booked a city view room that was about 10,000 won cheaper.First of all, this accommodation is cost-effective. It's not a well-equipped accommodation, but considering everything for the price, it's a pretty good accommodation. The room I stayed in is room 901. It is a city view corner room. Perhaps because it is on a low floor, the sound of cars is a bit noisy when you open the window. It's quiet when you close the window.Although it is a 1.5 room type, it has two double beds, so it is ideal for use as a lodging only for sleeping. There are also simple cooking utensils, so it's great for cooking simple meals. When I turned on the boiler, the room warmed up quickly and there was no problem with the air conditioner. These days (around the end of September), the daily temperature difference is large, so you have to turn on the air conditioner during the day and the boiler at night. The hot water comes out well and the water pressure is good. However, the toilet in the bathroom is too close to the door, which is a bit inconvenient, but it is usable. The refrigerator is neither too small nor too large, which is appropriate. There is a lot of storage space and there are electrical outlets on both sides of the bed, which is convenient. However, the round table is a bit small. I wish it was a little bigger. The veranda door was originally an automatic locking type, but because there were many people who went out on the veranda and got trapped, all the locks were removed. Well, it would be nice to install a manual lock on the inside, but I didn't install it. People can come in through the veranda, but if you think about it highly, it seems difficult to break in through the veranda. Still, it's a bit disappointing. The parking lot is a ground parking lot and appears to be on the 1st to 5th floors. Because it was a weekday during the off-peak season when I visited, the parking lot was spacious. However, the parking lot is not large, so it seems to be insufficient during peak season. There is a gym on the 28th floor and an infinity pool on the 29th floor. The gym is very small and has a treadmill and simple weights. It's high so the view is good. There is a convenience store on the lobby floor, but no other restaurants are operating. Still, there are quite a few around, even if you don't eat them. You can go to Sokcho Beach on foot. When you check out, just leave your trash in your room and dispose of it separately. You can find it as you go down from the parking lot, so just throw it away before leaving. If you tell us your vehicle number, you can register your vehicle by 1 o'clock on the day you check out.

The room was clean and the ocean view was beautiful.Overall, there are no shortcomings in the facilities. What was good👍The location is good and there is a convenience store on the first floor. It was on the 24th floor and I could see the sunrise.Check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 11:00.The accommodation rules are tight, but the rooms are well maintained and in good condition. What was disappointing❗️It is very difficult to open the window. It cannot be opened with any force. You have to make it harder. The number of floors is high so waiting time for one elevator is quite long.
