This is a residence-type hotel in Sokcho. I made a reservation through Airbnb and visited. Check-in is done non-face-to-face, and a password is provided at check-in time.Since you can't find the floor number by only reporting the accommodation name, you can ask the host and they will send you a link. Personally, I like the lower floors, so I inquired about the lower floors, and the lowest room was on the 9th floor, so I booked a city view room that was about 10,000 won cheaper.First of all, this accommodation is cost-effective. It's not a well-equipped accommodation, but considering everything for the price, it's a pretty good accommodation. The room I stayed in is room 901. It is a city view corner room. Perhaps because it is on a low floor, the sound of cars is a bit noisy when you open the window. It's quiet when you close the window.Although it is a 1.5 room type, it has two double beds, so it is ideal for use as a lodging only for sleeping. There are also simple cooking utensils, so it's great for cooking simple meals. When I turned on the boiler, the room warmed up quickly and there was no problem with the air conditioner. These days (around the end of September), the daily temperature difference is large, so you have to turn on the air conditioner during the day and the boiler at night. The hot water comes out well and the water pressure is good. However, the toilet in the bathroom is too close to the door, which is a bit inconvenient, but it is usable. The refrigerator is neither too small nor too large, which is appropriate. There is a lot of storage space and there are electrical outlets on both sides of the bed, which is convenient. However, the round table is a bit small. I wish it was a little bigger. The veranda door was originally an automatic locking type, but because there were many people who went out on the veranda and got trapped, all the locks were removed. Well, it would be nice to install a manual lock on the inside, but I didn't install it. People can come in through the veranda, but if you think about it highly, it seems difficult to break in through the veranda. Still, it's a bit disappointing. The parking lot is a ground parking lot and appears to be on the 1st to 5th floors. Because it was a weekday during the off-peak season when I visited, the parking lot was spacious. However, the parking lot is not large, so it seems to be insufficient during peak season. There is a gym on the 28th floor and an infinity pool on the 29th floor. The gym is very small and has a treadmill and simple weights. It's high so the view is good. There is a convenience store on the lobby floor, but no other restaurants are operating. Still, there are quite a few around, even if you don't eat them. You can go to Sokcho Beach on foot. When you check out, just leave your trash in your room and dispose of it separately. You can find it as you go down from the parking lot, so just throw it away before leaving. If you tell us your vehicle number, you can register your vehicle by 1 o'clock on the day you check out.
