The location is great, and the staff are friendly, so I used to visit frequently. However, the owner, who seems to be a fat guy wearing glasses, made a mistake by giving the wrong room key and then angrily demanded that I come back to lobby, even though it was his mistake. Eventually, I came back, but they switched me to a room with a broken air conditioner on the first floor, which left me feeling uncomfortable. I decided to check out in the middle of my stay and never visit again. I believe that whether you're the owner or a customer, mutual respect is important, but the owner here treats guests very differently when reserving a deluxe room compared to a premium room. Why would they express irritation towards a guest for their own mistake?I used it often because the location was good and the staff were friendly. I think the owner is a big guy with glasses. He accidentally gave me the key to another room, and then he called the front desk and asked why the guest went there and threatened me in an irritated tone, telling me to come out right away. I eventually came out, but they changed the room to a room with a broken air conditioner on the first floor, which made me feel bad, so I left the room and never came back after that. I think there should be mutual respect between the owner and the customers, but the owner here has a very different attitude toward guests when reserving a deluxe room and when reserving a premium room. Why are you getting annoyed at the customer when you made a mistake?
