Kensington Pyeongchang Royal Suite... .European style room. The interior concept of the room is a European aristocratic style interior design~Although it is an old room, it has a retro feel in its own way. It may look nice in the photo, but in reality it is a bit poor... The floor is very dirty and dust can be seen here and there... ㅠㅠThe bedroom and living room settings are separated by a hallway, and in between, there are two bathrooms side by side.This room has one shower booth and one bathtub.For room service, there is a robot that makes food at the cafe on the first floor and delivers it to the room.It's hard to say that the quality of the rooms is that good since it's an old hotel, but it's a place where you can enjoy a retro feel.The bed is firm and comfortable. It's clean, but it can't help but feel old.There are several disadvantages.The window frame is tight and the sound of the shutter opening is loud.The room condition is not that good. It's not managed well.There was a spider spinning its web in the bathroom and I installed an air purifier, but the filter wasn't cleaned and the dust was so thick that I was surprised. I think I'll have to keep using the air purifier in this room.I discovered it too late and just gave up on it, but as expected, the rooms were poorly maintained and poorly managed.The intercom didn't work so I had to use my cell phone... hahaThe service is really... it's a bit absurd to say it's 5 stars... they don't inform customers of this in advance. I only found out when I went there.I was tired from walking around the nearby Odaesan Mountain trail, so I just slept in my room, but there were a lot of things that caught my eye while I was at the hotel.The rooms are quiet. Although it is an old building, it is well built, with no noise between floors or walls. The building itself is sturdy and well built.

The room is spacious and the bedding is clean.Looking at the building, bathroom faucets, showers, etc., it feels a bit old, but they seem to have paid attention to maintenance.It's a bit disappointing that there aren't many places to sit and wait at the front desk, but as it is a popular accommodation during the holiday season, all the staff are friendly and satisfied.The garden was well-maintained in a nature-friendly way and was a good environment for interacting with animals, so many families came with their children.

4th visit1. It is true that the rooms are old. There are some areas where drainage is not possible and you should not have high expectations regarding the condition of the rooms.2. I had a good experience at Kensington Seorak, so I visited there to see what other places were like.The facilities here are also somewhat outdated. It seems like it's being renovated little by little.There isn't much to do around the hotel; The hotel's own facilities include a garden and lawn that are great for walking, a kids' cafe, a swimming pool, a lawn, a glamping site, an animal farm, etc... It seems to be an advantage that there are many facilities that are great for letting young children out.I think it would be a bit... subtle for 1-2 travelers. Even the swimming pool closes early because they operate a swimming pool for families.Breakfast, the view, whatever... it was nice.

The elderly couple owners of nearby GS25 are friendly.4. There was a large balcony boasting a garden view, but the door did not open. I don't know about other rooms, but in the room I stayed in, you have to turn the balcony door handle to 6 o'clock to open it, but it only turns to 9 o'clock and doesn't go any further, so it's like a forced confinement system and I can't even open the door.5. There were quite a few places to see in the lobby and on the second floor, and there were many good places to take pictures.6. The underground parking lot is small, but the above-ground parking lot is spacious.7. The garden is well-maintained.8. Looks good to come with kids

The garden at the back of the hotel is very spacious, well decorated, and pretty.It's nice to take a leisurely stroll.And the main dish, steak, at Cafe Fleuri, located on the first floor of the hotel, is good value for money and tastes great, so I recommend it.
